If you own a Owned license you can get a Dev license, otherwise you can just install a free 30 day trial.

in other countries is not problem to delete old invoices or invoices .
 
also who use proforma type, why we should keep old proforma invoice that has more than xx month ?
 
for me is not a problem to delete a invoice if i want (if the law accept also) . if the plugin is not feet your need don't use it .

With api you can access all models exist in blesta . So praticly you can access any method exist in blesta ...
The wonderfull here is you can create a pligin that has your own functions and call them via API .
