how can add a feature like free domain when customer go with our higher plan only.
 

It would be extremely helpful to have an email notification to the admin when there are any Blesta system issues, rather than relying on the system status widget in the staff portal. 
Not everyone checks the staff portal daily (there isn't necessarily a need, particularly if you are a small business and you use the support tickets via email) and, for example, the crons can get stuck and therefore it can go unnoticed that there is an issue. If you don't have a lot of business, you can't rely on the fact that you haven't heard from anyone in a while..

We have developed an almost similar Plugin but for infobip. But It's mostly currently event based.

at now, the support manager and the order plugin hasn't a events . you should request from Blesta to add events to support manager plugin and order plugin,i believe we have already requested this, as they are the most used plugins in Blesta .
But if this will not happen soon from Blesta team, maybe we will look to this to see what we can do in this subject .
In the first release it will only support browsers notification .
for mobiles,  we are working in a hybrid application for mobiles, once finished we will upload it to google store and apple store, it has no relation with this plugin, it will have it own licensing system and price .

What about new/update tickets alert? And new order alert?
Onesignal app will send notification to mobile phone ?

is good news that blesta has more client every day, and getting more migrating to Blesta than away from it. but i'm still insist that blesta has not touched yet the big market (Hosting Market), if blesta can concentrate in this market, you will get more clients than what you imagine, we are working with the two billing system and we know exactly what are locked and missed in blesta, if you want @Paul any suggestion or ideas about how the hosting market work i'm ready . 
whimps has a big team (in term of persons) and a big company behind it, and of course a big base clients for it, and they are totally in the hosting market for so many years and they know well what the market need. why not blesta look at the other side a try to make a collaboration with Plesk, interworks and directadmin ... ect, and why not searching for investors, it a win win contract, because the time is money nowadays .
 

Whmxx has done more features than blesta in the last two years after the release of v7, they have flyed with so many cool featurs . For me blesta is out from competing other hosting billing system !

Sorry, Paul to say that I have checked you added the featured task Domain affiliate and other modules. but no ETA.I have wait 2 years for domain management. Still no ETA we move back again WH--S. Time is money. try to understand this.WH--CS now more active and faster development but they hike price growing and backed by Cp..el

Personally, I think affiliates feature is essential for a billing system as that helps increasing sales, finding new customers.
Blesta truly need it own affiliate system. I know there is https://www.idevdirect.com/ plugin but look:
1. Its license cost 2x more than Blesta alone.
2. Their interface is buggy, no way that would match with Blesta. (main one)
3. Missing proper functions such as automatic payment for affiliates, recurring commission, sales tracking for affiliates, ...
4. Blesta won't be comparable with WHMCS if we miss this features, I know plenty of providers that went for WHMCS just because of their sale tracking + affiliate system.

So basically my problem is I don't have a licensed vz deployer like solusvm etc, I manually create VPS boxes from Dedicated server and I need to be able to let my customers view server/vps details when they click on the active service. I've been using blesta since 2016 and never was disappointed but now it has become a hceadache to send server details via ticket and custom email.
My clients think my services as unofflicial and a lot of critic that we can't get WHMCS, but I don't want to switch to WHMCS now after years of using blesta and enjoying its clean gui.
Any help is much appriciated. Thank you in advance for helping.

Blesta is solid APP in term of security and design Coding (at least in my point of view) .
sometimes i feel like Blesta has a limited resources in term of Money and Human, and a lot of times i think why Blesta is not Going to make a Crowdfunding request ? the money is not only used to get more staff and speedup the coding work, but also used to make compagnie advertisement , Pubs, Spots  ect ....
Is @Paul  thinking for such solution, or the actual schema/status are enough for him ?

when a client request Cancellation of service, blesta should send a email notification to thier email about the canceletaion request .
