  1. I guess that's the process I'll have to follow, maybe this will be addresses in V4, or I'll get time to look at the admin version of the form at some point. It looks like the mechanism is there to register the domains successfully, it's just that the admin form doesn't have all the fields required. Cheers, Jez.
  2. Hi there, I'm using the NameCheap plugin and when clients order from the front end, they see the following form with all the correct fields (inc. Legal Type, Company ID, Registrant Name) - see client-front.png. But ordering from the back end as an Admin, I see a different form with no additional fields - see admin-domain.png. Consequently ordering fails with an error " COUKLegalType is required". Anyone help with this? Regards, Jeremy.
  3. I use FreeAgent and it's generally excellent, but am not aware of any integration as yet with Blesta. Freeagent can pull in transaction information directly from your bank, and I then manually assign all hosting payments as such in FreeAgent. Takes no time at all. Jez.
  4. Hi all, I'm a bit closer to solving this...When I order from the front end as a client (e.g. /order/config/index/domain-names/ )I am shown an order form that includes the Legal Type information field. But if I go to the back end Admin interface (Client > (select client) > Add Service) I don't get the full NameCheap order form with Legal Type information field, just the domain name and nameservers fields. What can I do to change that? Regards, Jeremy.
  5. Thanks for the replies. It seems I might need to tinker with the NameCheap module to supply some more information about the client then. Anyone done this? Regards, Jeremy.
  6. Hi there, When I try to order a .co.uk domain name from the Admin interface (Client > (select client) > Add Service)) I get the error "COUKLegalType is required" I am using the NameCheap module. Anyone seen this before and can advise? Jeremy. Blesta 3.6.2

    Cron Job

Hi there, If we can't set register_argc_argv for PHP CLI, is there an alternative for running the cron job? Jez.
  9. Hi there, I hope someone can help with this. I have the NameCheap module installed and a working order form set up. When use the client facing form ( mydomain.com/order/main/index/domain-names ) to check a domain for availability, this works and I can go on to order the domain. However, when I go into the Blesta Admin area and check the order, its status is "pending." When I check with NameCheap, the domain has not been purchased. I guess I'm missing something but after a lot of searching of this forum, and Google, I can't fathom what. Any suggestions? Regards, Jeremy.
