We considered it, and it may be a possibility in the future. For now, we try to update the feature request threads with a task number from our project management when a task is accepted. You can see all public tasks at http://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE
 
For the most part, it has been working pretty well. A direct vote count type system would be nice though.

I love this release

I had an idea that it be good if we could post stuff on our company twitter or facebook pages inside blesta if we link them together.
 
I dont know if this is possible or not.

I was think that it would be great if we had a average ticket response time so our clients would know how long they may be waiting for there ticket to be replied to and also it would be different for each department as some departments may reply to tickets before other departments

When people are registering it would be nice to verify that there is something in the fields. I've had a few customers who have signed up to my services without an address.

hostbill looks awful, blesta is the best software.
