i feel to cancel the billing you can do either of the two
1. use a coupon code for 100% free
2. incase you do no wish to delete the account, you may suspend it, but you will not be able to use the suspended account till its active/unsuspended
just to note, when we cancel an account it will delete it completely

how do restrict the user from not creating a support ticket, or disable the support for such a product for the user?

blesta has addon company
so with a little extra you may run it with 2 sites
or may be keep the billing on one ip and both the sites somewhere else

i am able to enable ckeditor for the portal plugin
but for the blesta-cms (community as well as the paid) plugin i tried every thing, and the ckeditor wont enable
any help form any one would be largely welcomed

A. you purchase my product before 15th of the month
i then wish to have a separate billing date for you (say 1st of the month) and ofcourse proratedB. you purchase the same product after 15th of the month
i then wish to get you billed on a separate date (say 15th of the month) proratedi do not know if this is possible
till now i have not been able to achieve itany help would be welcomed
