Whatever happened to this?

Hi there, I upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.4.0 yesterday, all went smooth, running php 7.1 - placed the php hotfix, etc, all went smooth. Today, I login to admin and see: "There are one or more cron tasks that have been executing for more than 60 minutes." Upon checking which one is stuck, it seems like the "Payment Reminders" are stuck. Further more, inside logs, I see: [2018-11-18 15:30:02] general.ERROR: Uncaught Exception Error: "Call to undefined method HtmlInvoicePdf::AliasNbPages()" at /mnt/blockstorage/rocketsavvy/public_html/myaccount/components/invoice_templates/html_invoice/html_invoice_pdf.php line 152 {"exception":"[object] (Error(code: 0): Call to undefined method HtmlInvoicePdf::AliasNbPages() at /mnt/blockstorage/rocketsavvy/public_html/myaccount/components/invoice_templates/html_invoice/html_invoice_pdf.php:152)"} Any help is appreciated. P.S. I read the thread above and I am not running any customized PDF templates. Just whatever blesta 4.2.2 had.

I see. I require your help then... 1. How would I go by getting mailparse on 5.6? I looked online briefly and I am getting different answers from forums - my server is linux and its on centos 7.4 2. If i upgrade to php 7 via cpanel, blesta breaks.

Hi there. I get "The PHP Mailparse PECL extension is required for parsing email tickets." when trying to pipe tickets. I run my server on whm/cpanel - what do I need to add in my whm for this to work?

Hi Team, We've had a few complaints from customers that tag {contact.id_code} is showing up as blank. I've tested this and it's in fact true. Michael from Atlanical was able to reproduce this issue, as well. Any thoughts on why and how we can get this fixed? It's important that this be included in my emails as we use it as a form of identification when the customer calls or live chats with sales and support. @Blesta Addons It was working until i updated to 4.2.1 - now the widget is gone

FML. I upgraded to PHP 7 along with the 4.2.1 upgrade and didn't realize the cron path updated in the settings.. made the update on cpanel and now the cron runs fine again. Sorry about that.

@BlestaStore any thoughts mate?

Hi Mates, Updated to 4.2.1 and logged in this morning to see: Invoices have not been automatically created via cron in the past 24 hours. Starting to kinda freak out... any help is appreciated.
