Hi there,
I upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.4.0 yesterday, all went smooth, running php 7.1 - placed the php hotfix, etc, all went smooth.
Today, I login to admin and see:
"There are one or more cron tasks that have been executing for more than 60 minutes."
Upon checking which one is stuck, it seems like the "Payment Reminders" are stuck.
Further more, inside logs, I see:

P.S. I read the thread above and I am not running any customized PDF templates. Just whatever blesta 4.2.2 had.

You can get mailparse to work on 5.6 but theres no 'official' release.
I see. I require your help then...
1. How would I go by getting mailparse on 5.6? I looked online briefly and I am getting different answers from forums - my server is linux and its on centos 7.4
2. If i upgrade to php 7 via cpanel, blesta breaks.

If mail parse is installed than you will have to go to php settings and activate it,if it is not installed than you will have to install mailparse WHM-->software-->module installers-->PECL and click show avaiilable modules or just search for mail parse in search field.
You can of course install it through SSH also if you preffer.
Hey, when I go into whm and search for PECL or mail parse, it's empty. Nothing comes up.

Hi there.
I get "The PHP Mailparse PECL extension is required for parsing email tickets." when trying to pipe tickets. I run my server on whm/cpanel - what do I need to add in my whm for this to work?

Hi Team,
We've had a few complaints from customers that tag {contact.id_code} is showing up as blank.
I've tested this and it's in fact true. Michael from Atlanical was able to reproduce this issue, as well.
Any thoughts on why and how we can get this fixed? It's important that this be included in my emails as we use it as a form of identification when the customer calls or live chats with sales and support.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Ok, I get it doesn't happen to you but I'm asking for help on why it's happening on mine and how I can fix it.

I don't understand what you mean by the first comment though... The button just doesn't work. How can I edit it's hyperlink to kick the person to the same button as the dashboard (pay invoice), which works? Where's the location for that button?

Couple issues/questions:

When a customer is "viewing the invoice and clicks on "Make Payment", it kicks the customer to their dashboard:|

When a customer is ready to pay the invoice, the payment options screen shows "Square". Is there any way for me to rename this to Credit Card, etc? Some customers have complained they don't understand how to proceed here. I may also add the credit card icons here..

Is there a way to be able to process refunds from Blesta? I went to request a refund on an invoice and it said gateway doesn't support this function.

I found the problem, it looks like Square's API has been updated and broke the gateway.
Square released the Connect v2.5 version on November 2nd, with changes in transaction management.
I fixed the API and tested the gateway in Blesta 4.x and works pretty well. I attached the fixed version in this post.
