Hey mate,
In WHM on the left hand Nav Bar, Select 'Software'->'Module Installers'
Here you can select 'Manage' where it says PHP Pecl, after a few seconds you will be redirected, once this page loads you will be able to search for mailparse and select 'Install'

i use cpanelextend module, open up the module inside components folder and find the main php files, here for cpanelextended the files is; cpanelextended.php, then find; function generatePassword , and look for ;
public function generatePassword($length = 8) { replace to 12 and it would be like this;
public function generatePassword($length = 12) { then finish..

I suggest using IMAP, and marking messages as read. This way, if someone says they emailed support and you didn't get a ticket, you can login to the mailbox and see if their email was received. It also serves as a good place to keep/archive all incoming emails for the department.

FML.
I upgraded to PHP 7 along with the 4.2.1 upgrade and didn't realize the cron path updated in the settings.. made the update on cpanel and now the cron runs fine again.
Sorry about that.

I see you include custom CSS at the bottom of your HTML. That CSS uses open/close braces (i.e. "{" and "}"), which are reserved characters used for tag replacement by the template parser, so your CSS rules are conflicting with it. See my post here for a work around.

Marry me. My issue has been resolved. I had to first install mailparse under php7 and then revert back to 5.6 and run it... this issue has been bothering me for a while, so thank you very much.

I actually got that same error today on a testing server that I was installing mailparse on. You're missing re2c and possibly gcc. As root, run the following command via SSH:
yum install gcc re2c -y
Then, retry
