  1. How complicated would it be to get the domain / hostname tag in the email template subject line? I have developers that pay for each account individually and collect from their clients however they do, it would be really helpful, since a single customer (developer) is getting multiple invoices, if they knew which domain it was for. I'm using the cpanel and DirectAdmin modules.
  2. It appears much more straight forward starting with the cpanel module, where the hostname field (label) is already functional. Have not discovered yet how to manipulate the label field in the Universal Module, but maybe I'm just rusty
  3. well now using the Universal Module, I read all the documentation, it seems like what I'm looking for should work out of the box, what do I need to set up so the URL of the product is displayed under services on the client page. From the company where I get my VPS, they are displaying my various host names in the label field, what do I need to do to make this happen?
  4. well, maybe that is the issue, it's in the module none, should have read more before I started creating packages.
  5. interesting, in the blesta admin it says no payment accounts for a client that just paid, is the data stored in the database somewhere? I don't think I want to do that and worry about PCI, so braintree not a good idea if that is the case.
  6. Under services when I am looking at client, there is no where that can say what the service is specifically for, only the package, how do I differentiate between the different websites the client is paying for, it only shows multiples of the package listed, can't see which is which, I must be missing something and from the docs, I can't tell what it is that I am missing.
  7. I have Braintree set up, although I don't think it's fully set up to handle recurring payments. I see in the braintree admin area (not in blesta) there is a recurring billing area says plans need to be created in there and need to store customers in the vault. Are these actions that need to be done manually, or does the Phillips Data Gateway take care of these things? I am assuming it's not automatic, since I have customers checkout with Braintree, and in the braintree admin area, they aren't in the "vault" If this doesn't work for recurring billing without extensive customization, would be good to know, and if that is the case, thank you in advance for anyone's response.
  8. Developer and owner for example, or distribution company and manufacture. I have a couple manufacturing clients that took some sort of distribution deal, where the distributor is paying for the web hosting, but it was originally set up with the manufacturing client. It's possible the distributor only needs to see the invoices now, but unless they tell me otherwise, I'd want to send it to both contacts, there are other reasons for multiple contact emails, some clients can be a bit confusing, emailing from multiple email addresses, and it's not clear which email is their main email, better to email all 3 of their emails if they aren't making it clear which is the one they actually check. Maybe nitpicking, I'm just trying to get this finally set up and automated and people paying! System makes it easy to add additional phone numbers, not that I need to put any in Blesta, additional emails would be great.
  9. I'm currently using Braintree, and when user clicks on invoice, they are brought to Blesta page that says Make Payment, and below that New Payment Details, and a drop down box that says Please Select. Well there is only one option there, and it is Credit Card, so if it's not an option to actually have the various payment methods in that drop down, is there a way to default to the only method there currently is? To the right of that, there are 2 other methods listed under the heading Other Payment Options, and those are Offline Payment(Which I need to rename to Pay by Check, or eliminate that option) and then Paypal Payments Standard. If anyone can point me in the right direction, what should I be editing here to make this more user friendly, it would be greatly appreciated.
  10. SMTP settings are here yourdomain/admin/settings/company/emails/mail/ I had similar problem to above, with Sparkpost, didn't work with port 587, but worked with 2525, I think it might be due to how my server is configured.
