  1. I bought the version from ModulesGarden. Should I be removing it, and waiting for Blesta to release it themselves? And I'm hoping they'll give me a refund, because I wouldn't have paid for it if this was going to happen...
  2. Hm... Do we get a refund if we bought this module? Doesn't seem so fair...
  3. Need this badly, since I have a bunch of clients paying quarterly, and I can't move everything over until this is added... Any chance of getting this in sooner than 3.1? Thanks!!
  4. So were there any changes to the module itself?

    3.1 Eta?

Just out of curiosity - Is there any timeline/ETA for when 3.1 will be released? Or is it going to happen when it happens, and no way of knowing when things will be ready at this point? Thanks!
  6. Bought it, haven't installed it yet... Please post here once you hear back from them on your ticket.
  7. Looks cool! Going to order shortly! One question - does anyone know (mainly wondering about the features) about how this compares to the WHM** module? Thanks!
  8. Guess I'll take the plunge later then... Kinda waiting for the cPanel extended plugin, but that should be out shortly anyway. One more question - if I want to have Blesta control a cPanel server, am I best off installing it on that server? I do have a second cPanel server, though I don't really need to control much there at this point, but it would be nice if I can have control over accounts on both servers...
  9. Trying to decide when I should install Blesta - I want to wait until the initial bugs have been resolved, and it's stable and reliable enough to run in a production environment. Has that time come yet? Or am I better off waiting until something like 3.1 is released? I also don't love that there isn't a way to upgrade automatically yet, so I would have to upload all patch files manually, though that isn't the biggest deal... Thanks!
  10. Got it, thanks. Would be nice to see a promo when the module is released, and I would love to help out with testing the module...
  11. Any idea how much this will cost? And will there be a way to update the module automatically?
  12. Uh oh... I love Windows (I'm the more advanced, techy/geeky type) and Android, and I don't like Mac/iOS much, but I like Blesta a lot. Never used WHM** much though... Is that OK?
  13. Thanks for the confirmation Paul, and thanks for making it so easy to add input and ideas to make Blesta even more awesome!
  14. Thanks all, will try that.
  15. My domain email runs through Google Apps. Are there any instructions on how I can pipe email in for the ticket system from a Google Apps email address? Thanks!
  16. Any official word on if this will be added into an upcoming version of Blesta, either as an option, or as the default? Thanks!
  17. If someone on the company end thinks that a ticket is solved, and marks it as solved, and the client still has an issue, they should be able to re-open the ticket, instead of having to open a new ticket. I believe Zendesk has a "Solved" state for up to 3-4 days, where tickets can still be reopened, and then they have a "Closed" state, where tickets can no longer be opened, and users can only create follow up tickets. Here's a post on how that works: https://support.zend...-Closed-ticket- And also having an option to create a follow up ticket for closed tickets, so that the new ticket contains a reference/link to the original ticket, would be an awesome option as well.
  18. Disclaimer: I haven't yet installed Blesta, but I've opened a ticket on the Blesta support system, which seems to be using Blesta itself. Is it possible to allow the option of allowing users to reply to tickets that are closed? We use the Zendesk ticket system for work, and they let users reply to closed/solved tickets, which reopens the ticket. I believe that once a ticket is solved for 3 days, then it goes to a closed state, where replying (which may only work by email, but I never really tested it) would open up a new follow up ticket. Is this something that's possible to implement in Blesta, or at least allow the option to allow this? Thanks!
