Ok, got it. Offline payments module installed. Universal module installed Package created through universal module. Payment method - ACH activated Order page !!! at the bottom: check Offline payment

Hi, Perhaps I am missing something but cannot see the offline payment option when a client orders a package. I am using the 4 steps order page and , in the 4th step, I get the message "There are no payment options available. " Is there something I should do in order to make this work? Package is set via Universal module Offline payments is installed with two currency options. Thank you. PS. If somebody know a step by step guide for properly setting up a hosting package(with universal module) which works with the 4 steps order page please let me know.

Ok, noticed now that I have the 4.2 trial version. However, in my case, I created a package for testing purposes and I am not able to delete it which is quite annoying.

Hello, 1. Is it possible to delete a client and all his details all together? I mean client - service - unpaid invoices 2. Is it possible to delete a package? I have followed the documentation instructions but I received the message that the package is linked to a service(which I cannot delete). Thank you for any useful information. Catalin
