Tcadmin (ver 1.3.0) Blesta 4.6.0 173.233.65.166|get supported game servers a:0:{}

Currently having the same problem as a lot of users. Been searching can not find a solution. underneath supported tcadmin servers, nothing shows up. My ports are open the password ip, and user name are correct. I am lost on this. It must be something stupid that I am missing.
