An other example: we have online selling and phone selling. All customers sorted by different client group. We want to analyze which way more effective in sells. It is very useful option in reporting for analyzing and marketing.

Let me specify the request. We have several agents which sell our services, and we pay them commission. Each agent has his own client group. It really would be great if we could generate reports by client group. That option will make our life easy:)

We have changed a bit our modules and restricted packages work. Thank you for your advise.

PS:Creation of different standard group for one package does'n work for this case. Moreover it's gonna look like a ****** in order form and I think that it's not appropriate to split up packages actually in the same family. This way will deny upgrade and downgrade also.

Please add to "Access Control List -> Clients" permission for "Record Payment"

When I create a group with type add-on I have to assign it to standard group of services. It would be much better if I could assign group with type add-on to package directly. for example I have standard package group "unlimited phone plans" with included packages "Canada", "World", "China" and add-on Chinese phone number. I want this add-on to be available only for "China", but now this add-on available for whole group, for "Canada", "World" and "China". PS:Creation of different standard group for one package does'n work for this case.

To make it works you should apply your services in the same package group.

take a look at our order form. https://portal.myglt.net/ there are autoprovisioning of devices, provisioning of services, top up, real time billing and so on. thats why we can not change package just because we want to change payment terms.

In our work flow we have a lot of related subservices with package, thus any changes pull real headache

in that way i don't need to create restricted package, i need just duplicate and don't apply that package to order form. But i have ran in to the after sell managing issue. I had to change package completely. If you could add check box at package term "public" it would be great feature I guess.

Restricted packages don't apear in order forms and it doesn't help at all. I wanna sell a package but with some terms showed some not.
