  1. Thank you for all of your help. I will do it manually. mysqldump actually exist in the system. I tried su - userid and then type mysqldump and can dump the database. Thank you Regards, Erlangga

  4. I am sorry for delayto response... my current setting for temp directory is /tmp/ and is writeable. I checked in /tmp and found 2 files (because I tried 2 times to backup it manually): 0 -rw-r--r-- 1 mulia mulia 0 Sep 8 02:15 mydomain_billing_2020-09-08T091507Z.sql.gz 0 -rw-r--r-- 1 mulia mulia 0 Sep 8 17:10 mydomain_billing_2020-09-09T001002Z.sql.gz But somehow the files size is 0
  5. Hello, I installed Blesta with latest version on DirectAdmin.
