@TheMaster Please accept this as my official apology. I did not mean any harm towards your business and your plugin works without any issue after fixing the permission issues. That was the first time I dealt with blesta and spend few hours as a beginner to figure things out. Usually , it should work once extracted since it did not i contacted you. Asking $20 made me  think that the developer should help since it was first time installation.  Anyway I'm really sorry about this and hope you resell and keep developing this plugin further and more plugins to come in future.

Keep developing your awesome plugin. It will be more helpful if you can make a video kind of thing including installations for blesta beginners like me.

I believe that you have over reacted. For anyone in the hosting industry file permissions/ownership is basic stuff.
I personally pay no attention to someone throwing around words like "unethical" when all they had to do was set permissions.

You have nothing to worry about. No one thought less of your script.

If you search around, you can find plenty of bad things people have said about Blesta on these forums. We leave them because we believe in free and open dialogue. Censorship is against freedom of expression. People will say things that are wrong, and others will see it and it'll only hurt their own reputation.
We would like to see @TheMaster stay. Obviously that's up to him. 

Mr @aliman this is the second time you call us unethical and this is rude by your side let me clear this for you .
folder permissions are affected by your server configs. it is has nothing to do with our module,
we did our best to help you and we answer your tickets and since the first tickets we point you strait for the problem and we told you the javascript file is not accessible by web server and it should be accessible, and we point you for a few things to check if you don't know how to do it then that's not our fault .
even your htaccess was one of the points and you ask us to check it for you and we did thought it is not our problem to check your htaccess but we offer help with open arms , and finally after loads of tickets and you make us lose plenty of time to checking your issue with no success we tell you we can check your server for a fee , and because of that you call us unethical ,
also sound you didn't read our TOS which clearly stated the bellow :
Abuse towards our staff or other clients on our network is not tolerated. Your account and all associated will be suspended pending termination after review.
if you keep using this kind of words and speech we will terminate your account and suspend your license .
ask with respect if you have any issue with the module and we will be more than happy to fix it but if you don't know how to setup things on your server that's not our responsibility .
@Paul is it allowed to call people (unethical) on Blesta forums ?


 

So I was able to edit the plugin php file and comment out two lines of code.
I was then able to get to the uninstall option. 
Case solved, ticket closed.

I do not like your chances.
This thread is over three years old and the creator of the theme has not been on here for a year.

zPanel has now been discontinued and no longer maintained, I wouldn't recommend that one.

You haven't got the correct order form you need to set it as Domain.

 
Looking more closely it might be you have another group.

 
Blue: Domain package group
Purple: Hosting packages.

If you have a valid license all you need to do is enter the license key on installation / if not installing try and log into your admin area you should get a license key pop up. Enter your key into the box and click update. If that doesn't work contact your host and explain they need to give you a proper key.
Not sure what you mean by the last bit. 

1. do what to get authenticated
2. in case you have the license number, its better to open a support ticket at https://account.blesta.com/client/login/
3. in case the license is really valid, @Paul or some one from blesta will help you
4. in case the license is not valid, again, they will help you how to proceed, also, in case the host is cheating on you, blesta will take proper action
5. if you feel this is helpful, like by pressing the react button

Yeah changing domain did module works fine.

not sure why payza keeps changing the domain
may be you can edit the module to make the specific changes
and then check it

Are you selling an owned lifetime license still?
If you are selling it at full price why would anyone want to buy it from you rather then just purchasing it directly?  If you are selling it for less you should put an asking price for people to start negotiations with you.  If the license is no longer for sale you should state that and have the topic closed.

IMAP is an extension in PHP and is required in order to process IMAP on your server via PHP execution. To install the PHP extension, follow the steps below.
Login into your WHM panel via URL https://server-IP-Address:2087. In the left-hand menu pane, type EasyApache and you will see EasyApache4 option appearing. Click on EasyApache4 option.


  On the next screen, click on Customize button on current Apache settings. It will load your current Apache settings.



  Click the PHP Extensions option on the left side.
  Enable your choice of PHP modules for the PHP version you select (in this case you'll want to search for IMAP) and click on Next. 

  Once necessary PHP modules are selected, the setup will review all the selection. It may take between 2 to 15 minutes based on a number of selected modules.


  On the next screen, the setup will show the list of packages to be installed.


  Click on Provision button to install the packages you have selected.

I am pretty sure you can not resell Theme Forest themes.

@adamjedgar, i do not remember any trial account with blesta
incase you are using a blesta trial, it never requires you to get an account with blesta
also, in case you require to get some support from blesta, you may post in the blesta forums, or signup for an account at blesta.com and then raise a support ticket there

It depends where he's bought it from if it's from Blesta you get a blesta.com account and support from Blesta.
