  1. I find this while conversation somewhat absurd. The average person is going to use the service -- not tinker with it. Sure, maybe you CAN finagle the amount on the 3rd-party site, but most won't have any idea how to do that. And the company/host can easily audit the payments, as nobody using Blesta with non-merchant payment is a large operation. We don't have tons of transactions. I find this an excuse, to be 100% honest -- a reason not to simply make this feature (to remove another feature). Let us, the end users of the billing panel, worry about fraudsters. Thanks for your concern, but don't hand-hold us.
  2. It can't be done. An email in Blesta can only be used once. So if one person must be added to 2-3 accounts, you're SOL. The workaround is to make email aliases, and then login separately to each one. The secondary person cannot access multiple accounts. (Unless I've missed something?) To be fair, this function isn't available in ClientExec either (tested it yesterday). But Blesta should aim to be better than CE, not worse. And I know others do have it: - Futurehosting's Plesk-based (formerly HBA) custom panel can do this easily. - I believe HostBill can as well. - Not sure about the current WHMCS. - I've coded things like this as well, for other sorts of multiuser apps. Customer has: - 2 VPS - a shared Hosting accounts He has an issue. He submits a ticket "email is down" --- but which one? He has three services! He should pick a simple dropdown, like in WHMCS and ClientExec, to show which service is affected. Same for the not-possible designer that oversees several accounts on behalf of his customers, and is added to each: "email is down" --- but which account? (the one owned by Johnny, Suzy, or Mike?) Make more sense?
  3. I want to see if this: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3909-set-our-own-priority-names/ can be integrated into this plugin. Don't just change the color of priorities, but names as well. Even if we can have 6 meaningful static names, it would be better than Emergency/etc.
  4. Ah-ha! I thought I'd heard of this before. Well, 3.0 came out back in 2013, and now it's 2015. It should be a priority now. Many of us need this function. You can simply edit/expand the existing priority -- it doesn't need to be 100% new code to do it..
  5. Ah! I had wingrepped the folder, but it was still case sensitive from my last search. So, am I correct in my understanding that creating a new template will allow me to remove some of the unwanted code? And that next time Blesta is updated, the update will not wipe out the adjusted theme? (Of course, I guess the issue is now new stuff that's not accounted for in the template, which means I'll have to redo my edits again.) I wish what's-his-name's css/html/js plugin would also REPLACE content, not merely add it. Hint, hint. Blesta either needs (1) to make some of the things non-manual. Or (2) make some versions LTS for security only, not for features that forces a design tweak/change.
  6. Yep, found it. It was copied, and the folder renamed, in order to alter it. But it's still called "bootstrap". I'm not seeing where Blesta is pulling that from.
  7. I found it. I edited my question before you replied. Now: How do I rename bootstrap?
  8. Where is this? Found it: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3437-plugin-css-javascript-toolbox-magic-box/ But I think editing a new template is maybe better. I didn't want toedit the existing template. I'm fine with creating a new one (copy old one, tweak a few things). Here's my question: How do I rename it from "bootstrap". How can I call it "ABC"?
  9. Done. http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3909-set-our-own-priority-names/#entry28762 I thought this would have been available. Seems very 2000s to be static. (Now 2010s.)
  10. "Priorities" are are silly. Everybody thinks they have an emergency. It needs to be useful AND editable. Take a page from ClientExec. They use tickets types -- which is the same as priorities if you think about it. "Server down" (emergency!) is not the same as "email issues" (lower priority). Best of all, you can edit them in CE to suit your needs.
  11. "Invalid module given." Found the issue. (Why isn't this explained better in the documentation?)
  12. But I can only add extra contact for billing? Ah, nevermind this part. Figured it out. This feature has way too many bugs. - For example, what if one person needs to be added as a secondary to several accounts? That's not unusual when designers are involved. - And what happens when a person has multiple services? I don't see a way to select the account with the issue. I just don't think Blesta is ready for use yet -- it still feels beta.
  13. I'd like to borrow from ClientExec, and change the silly "priorities" to something meaningful: email issues, server down, login issues, etc.
  14. Every invoice needs to remain available. But if you stick it on all an overview page, that's going to get quite long. Imagine people that stick arounud for a decade. This one isn't a deadl-breaker issue. And correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the client template get overwritten in an update?
  15. Rarely are sites run by one person these days. 2-3, at minimum, maintain the site. And they all need access to the support desk. Is this a feature of Blesta or a plugin? I need to grant access to multiple users under the same master account.
  16. I edited my last post again. The other issue is the now-useless "Payment Accounts" option. When no internal (to Blesta) payment methods are accepted, that need to go away. I don't want to deal with the onsalught of customers that are confusede by 'how to pay' ("I can't add my Paypal, credut card. etc" -- and they're not supposed to). Only Paypal and mailed payments are accepted. Didn't one of the previous version have an invoice page, too -- not just downloaded PDFs on the dashboard?
  17. Crap. This is a really stupid core function. Just ignore the invoice and pay what you want! Whoever heard of that? I can make the top button disappear, as well as the box, because both (I hope) have unique CSS. I added this to the main stylesheet: #edit_amounts { display:none; } #credit { display:none; } Now the PITA is the "Other Payment Amount" text. I'll have to edit core. So every time there's an update, I'll have to redo it. At this point, I'm not sure if I want to continue trying to use Blesta, or just give up and use ClientExec 5 (which isn't perfect either). This sucks, I thought Blesta was finally ready for primetime, and I thought simply installing it would have only taken me 10 minutes -- not hours and hours. (And it's still not usable as-is.)
  18. Okay, I see where the confusion comes from. A - I need to remove "Payment Accounts" from clients. It wants you to enter CC data and banking data -- and it's not even used. B - I need remove the ability to make partial payments.
  19. It's Chromium Portable. It's not current (year old at most), so I'm downloading a new one. However, that said, everything else always works.
  20. It's still not working. All the menus are behind the front elements. EDIT: Mozilla is fine, Chrome is not. (Specifically Chromuium.)
  21. I changed my mind (and went back and edited my post). I've re-upped 3.4, and will try it again.
