netwise99 got a reaction from teefrircuniot in Set Up Products With No Configurable Options
Go figure Im lost again. I want to set up some products that have no configurable options.

Since I HAVE to choose a module, and "None" is no longer availalable, I chose the universal module.

This forces me to add a "product" to the module . I dont really understand this step, but I added a text box called commets,..

When going through the checkout process, It displays the text box with no lable, under rhe statement "Configurable Options".

What If my product has no configurabkle optuons and I do not want this to display during the checkout process?

Im sure that I am missing something so maybe someone could post how to create a package that has no congfigurable options and wont display configurable options during the checkout process?

    thanks for all your help!

netwise99 got a reaction from Amyamoxylea in Client Groups Question..
My question is: Is it possible to have a different welcome email based on client group membership?

I am going to be using Blesta for multiple things, and plan to segment the client base by groups. I Will be selling advertising space, Site membership, Support agreements as well as utilizing the Blesta system's Billing functions to invoice local clients for computer repairs, network design and more.

I am developing a custom form to Create membership on a given site, as well as create a client account on my blesta system at the same time, thus both systems will utilize the same log in info. It would be PERFECT if I were able to have a different "Welcome" email for different client groups as the message to each will be completely different.

    Thoughts?

netwise99 got a reaction from Abhineet in Client Group Additional Feature
It would be PERFECT if each client group configured could have it;s OWN customizable Welcome Email. Many of us have different "kinds' of customers and this would greatly improv the customer experience.

netwise99 got a reaction from Michael in New Client Registration
I have had a couple comments from customers registering on my new blesta install that it is confusing.

When a new client registers and submitts, it displays the blank registration form again. It Does change the
above menu options as it seems to actually log them in, however displaying the blank form is causing
    confusion.

Is there a way to redirect the successful submission to the dashboard, or maybe a custom welcome page?

Maybe this could be a featured added with an upcoming patch?

    Thoughts anyone?
