  1. I don't know what changed. It used to work and now it doesn't. Glad it was added to the requests. I seconded it.
  2. I second this. I use an external support system and would like to make all support links link to it and not to blesta itself.
  3. I figured that. LOL Even though I can manually change the links in the database, blesta is overriding them by adding the base url to every link. Your plugin used to work but there must have been a change in blesta that now breaks it. It also really sucks that I can't even manually change the links in the database. I have to delete the link all together and not have one.
  4. In the database it only shows http://help.hostingdifferent.com However the actual link is http://my.hostingdifferent.com/hDclient/http://help.hostingdifferent.com
  5. I used to use it, but it stopped working. It added the default client portal url to the url I had added in the admin tools interface so for example the url on the webpage was http://my.hostingdifferent.com/hD/clienthttp://help.hostingdifferent.com. It used to work fine, but something broke it.
  6. The problem with your suggestion is that the links are NOT coded in the structure.pdt file. They are merely variables and the sub-menu is auto generated based on some function. I have changed the master support link, but the autogenerated links in the sub-menu is where the problem arises. Thank you for your suggestion!
  7. I use an outside support system and I would like the internal links to support to direct to it and NOT to the default system in Blesta. On the main portal page, I have support linking to my help system, but the internal links when a user is logged in, tries to redirect to blesta support module. I would like these to also redirect to my 3rd party support app. I'm assuming I need to modify the routes, but I haven't the foggiest on how to to do that. Any help? Thanks! Scott
  8. I understand 3.0 was a complete rewrite, but this is a basic function, not luxury. If you have hundreds of clients, copying and pasting them into a mass email or using a 3rd-party app to mass email is clumsy and it is very necessary in our business to send out updates to all clients or clients within a certain product line. Just sayin'.
  9. Agreed! This should have been a function out-of-the-box. There are many times a webhost would need to send out a mass email (server issues, explanations, etc) and not even addressing promotional use. Hopefully this will come sooner rather than later. Having to create a separate email list in mailchimp, have every one of my clients "subscribe," which you know they won't all do, is a very painful process and for those that don't subscribe, they never get important notifications.
  10. Am I just too tired and canĀ“t find it? Is there a place to email all clients? Thanks! Scott
  11. Thanks! Didn't think of the sub nav bar. I'll have to look at that. It's going to be my weekend project.
  12. Thanks! I was thinking it would have been much harder and looking through the source files.
  13. I'm going to go back and use my freshdesk support desk and I would like the support link in the portal to point to my freshdesk desk. Where would I change that link? Thanks!
  14. It would not be a feature to regular support employees, but the admin, yes. The types of tickets I would delete would not be followed up by anyone because 99% of them would be from non-customers.
  15. +1 100% agreed! Or even test tickets.
  16. For domains, we use NetEarthOne. They also use logicboxes but are not EiG-owned and prices are great.
