How many years should I wait? Many elements are still missing. Just browse the forum to find questions about the missing modules! The list is very long so Blesta is a waste of time for many companies. Although we still use Blesta, three of our other brands are based on wh...s. Many developers create cool solutions / modules, etc. but they are not 100% stable in combination with continuous updates of Blesta. Hosting is a type of business that requires stable operation of elements used to sell services. Unfortunately, Blesta has a problem with that.

A new cWatch module is now available.
To install, download from Github at https://github.com/blesta/module-cwatch and upload the cwatch directory to ~/components/modules/ and go to Settings > Company > Modules to install it.

Can't be done without modifying the files for the support manager plugin.

There's a bug in 4.3 where prorata services ordered on the prorata day can come up with a price of 0. The service is scheduled to renew the same day, so the customer would be invoiced shortly for the second  month. If you use prorata settings in your packages, this issue is resolved in 4.4, however here's some steps to resolve now if you need to. Be sure to back up the file first, and be sure to be running 4.3.2.
You should be able to patch this issue yourself by making a simple file change as described below:

all we know blesta is working or has attention to create a new domain manager. it will take time of course, not sur what is the ETA and what is the progress in this subject . but what i'm sure of it it time to talk about this, the silence that blesta staff has about this subject render it a bit Unclear and hazy .
we need a word from staff about what they have as ideas or in what step they are now, leaving us like this for almost 3 years is something unacceptable.

the domains logic in blesta should only have some tweaks to be fully functional, rather than create a whole system for that, if blesta can tweak the pricing model system to add two new fields (Renew, Transfer) and use them in case of renew or transfer update the whole registrar module to have a unique function names like updating nameservers, updating whois contact, registering child name servers, ect ...  if blesta can begin with this suggestion i think is totally accepted and can be improved by the time, WhmXX has this already with the same mechanism and they are doing well .
Reinventing a new system will lead to a serious problem and test and improvement that will be infinite . I hope we can see something in the near future and before 2019 because personally if no update comming in this subject i would be forced to move to other competitor  .

retention period is included in our first release for local backup only . then we will add it to cloud storage instances.
This already included in our plugin, we have two crons, 1 for database that has interval from min to 24 hours, so you can set  every 3 hours or  hours ect ... for files we have time, that mean the backup is run 1 time a day, also you can disable the cron to disable the files backups . 
we have the intention to have a internal settings for files to be (weekly or monthly ..ect )
exlude folders is not implemented yet, but we have thre option for backup folders :

Uploads Directory
Blesta Logs Directory
so you can check wich of them are included in the backup, so you can exclude Uploads directory that include the support ticket attachements.
Our Plugin is totally bulot to be more flexible in term of options and settings, so you can set a backup rule to include only database and send it to Dropbox, and other rule to include files to a custom local folder  or Dropbox ect ...

 

 
 

Is really dissapointed . EU is not the whole world, USA also, so if a soft is offered universally it should respect the major market laws, including japan china india canada ect ....
This was announced a year ago and all other competitor has worked in it and now they are compliants .
Blesta should add asterisks to the billing features like :
Is not ideal for hosting industry.
Is not compatible with EU invoicings and laws.
Is not fully multi languages .
Is not reflecting clients ideas, it reflect staff ideas .
Ect....

Everyone who requested a refund received it within 24 hours.
I'm really sorry about what happened and promise to reward the people involved as an apology. Everyone who received a refund, will still receive the license (perk) they originally purchased when the module gets released for free.
I don't want to make the same mistake again, so this time I'd rather not give a release date. I take responsibility for the mistake I made and I hope to be able to amend my mistake soon and make my best effort to never repeat it again. I don't want to use this as an excuse, I take full responsibility for the mistake I made, but I think I owe everyone an explanation. 
The development of the module started in the last week of November 2017, but because I had several projects and tasks to do for other clients, I had no more time available in my schedule to develop the module on my own. So I decided to hire a full-time PHP developer in the first week of December to take over the development of the module. However, for reasons unknown to me, the last week of December my developer quit, causing development to stop.  I personally like to make code that not only works, but is also visually beautiful, trying my best to follow the development standards and follow good coding practices. 
However, I couldn't find another developer that met my criteria, because very few developers are familiar with Blesta. Because of this I started working on the module on my own during the weekends to prevent development from stopping completely, but it still ended up being delayed considerably. Having already finished some of the biggest projects I had, last week I resumed the development of the module again, at half time. Also, last week I got a new developer who will be able to help me in the development.
During this time I decided to make some changes. The final release of the module will not be called cPanel Extended, as I try to avoid confusion with the ModulesGarden module. In addition, the module will not be released under the CyanDark brand, as I am working on a new site specifically dedicated to sell only Blesta related products. With a development team independent of the CyanDark's team to avoid problems.
This is one of the most popular modules that I have, and I promise you that I will not let the module die, soon I will publish more news about the progress of development, but I prefer not to give an ETA at the moment, to avoid problems.
Anyway, I give you my sincere apologies and I hope you can pardon me for my mistake.

our friend @activa has requested a days ago a notification center, we found this request is very helpful for us also, so we have decided to go with it, today we want to share what we are doing.
The plugin will be modular and designed to host Apps components, as the the actual plugins system. so the Notification Center will act as a Apps Hoster for it Usage, with this way we or any other developer  can add it own Apps to send notification, of course install/upgrade/uninstall are already implemented .
The plugins will has some sort of rules, like what should be send from the notifier App, let say i want to send to slack channel XXX only Notification when new n tickets /updated tickets /closed tickets, New Order waiting review. and in another channel YYY you can set for new order, new client, payment received ect ...
For slack we are debating how we should  implement it, Via API key or via Webhooks.
Blesta now has some Events, but the lock of Order and Support Manager Events will force us to do our way to make them work properly with the notification center, of Course when @PauloV update their Support Manager Pro we will support it also.

Hi everyone. Quite an urgent matter, someone has already done, or has the intention to perform Plesk Extended module ,proper Domain Manager and Proxmox module for Blesta? I ask before I choose a different billing panel.

Hey! Welcome back! Though i was not in this community when you made all those modules, contributed a lot for this Blesta.
But all i know is that you really did good job, and what @Blesta Addons is doing right now.

And yes, they didn't release Domain Manager, thats the worst of it. They have been telling us from so long time, and they also said that it will be released in end of 2017, but there's no sign. Moreover @Paul doesn't even reply to this thread. This shows that Blesta isn't caring about the interest of the people. Whatever it is only Blesta's loss, company owners will never wait more longer.

We have completed the task, and updated the plugin, now the client can cancel their unpaid orders .
This version is a final version and stable one .
