  1. This belongs to CORE-621. No official ETA, but it is planned.

You can use HTML, but no pre-selection of templates or a super robust interface like Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp. (We actually recommend these guys for mass email marketing, they have nice analytics)

Module integrated with those services could be a nice option.

  2. That would be the way to go in this case. Automatic changes are often seen as unexpected and undesired, so I'm curious to hear what others think about this.

Do you guys plan to add automation settings to the support plugin?  Automation settings or rules which do what CubicWebs referring to as well as ticket escalation and etc.

That's where I personally would find it useful.

  3. I would want to deduct from the amount of credits/minutes the customer has purchased.

So this is what would show up in the invoice:

-30m for "CMS one-click install", deducted from "180m support package". 150m remaining for future support requests.

    Thank you for your customs.

Customers would know how much was used, what for and what's left.

So you would want a credit system in place also then.  I am definitely onboard with that option since I am hoping they add a metered billing option in Packages and then fetch reports via the hosting/Universal modules.  +1 for this

MemoryX2 I agree but careful what you wish for.  A lot of these other All-Inclusive billing systems have terrible quality control because they have too many modules and can't find time to maintain them all.  :)

  4. The error message in the screenshot you uploaded says that blesta-new.php isn't writable.  Make sure it's writable by the webserver.  If it's a cPanel account then usually the owner:group would be the username of that account.

  5. Some of us in the US still value freedom.

Why isn't TOR an option in the poll?

Isn't TOR more of a proxy service than a browser?  Only tried it once and it was slow to the point that it was unusable.

Cody:  Which one are you using, Firefox?
