  1. It's all about mining in pools. Consistent payouts. I've been using wemineltc.com for litecoin, and it's been going pretty well with just a couple GPUs. Not too serious, just playing around, but right now you can do about $100/mo worth of LTC on a single, decent GPU.

What is it after overhead would you say?

  2. Well they did get rid of net neutrality so better get use to it.  :P

No but seriously I experience the same thing.  It eventually loads but it's hanging on fontdeck.com which it looks like they use for webfonts.  Going directly to fontdeck.com even loaded sloooow.

  3. TOTP is based on time, so if the time is desynched (which isn't uncommon) it will cause TOTP to fail in certain situations.

Log in to your server (not Blesta but the actual server) and run ntpdate pool.ntp.org to update your time.

    That would be the problem!

  4. Suddenly TOTP w/ Google Authenticator is not working.  Nothing has been changed between the time it worked and didn't work.  I disabled through the database and so far I have:

    1. Re-Enabled TOTP via Admin login

    2. Fresh install of Google Authenticator on another device

    3. Updated from 3.0.6 to 3.0.7

Each time gives an error at the OTP input screen during login:  The one-time password entered is invalid.

    Is anyone experiencing this issue?

  5. This is a petty clerical error but when I patched using CLI from 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 it displayed this message:

    ----------------------------------------

    Blesta CLI Upgrader

    ----------------------------------------

    Upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.0.7? (Y/N): Y

    Finished.

  6. Anyone have an idea on how to change the Client # in the listing, like under Billing / Invoices instead of the client # ?

It's much easier to know who have an invoice with a name instead of a # ;)

This can be done but I'm not sure off the top of my head and would have to look into it, but for whatever it's worth...

A client name doesn't equate to a client account.  I believe you can have multiple accounts with the same name.  Ideally the method I use when I went to find invoices for a client is to go to the actual client account and view them from there.  If I want to see an account name of a client under Billing / Invoices I can just mouseover and see a tooltip with the name of the client.  Furthermore the client ID is a bit more uniform in that column view since client names can easily take up a wider range of character spaces.

Sorry for not directly answering the question, I wanted to put that on the table incase you find it useful.

  7. I like the idea since it would remove the need to have a separate app.

One thing I've noticed on the phone is how blurry the logo gets, which reminded me that it would be a good idea to have logo variations using different DPIs. Kind of like how android categorises its app icons.

Would also be very useful for invoices. One company logo for the web invoice, one for the printable PDF.

    Delete.  Misread.

  8. +1

I think I like this idea as well.  Perhaps this post can just be moved to Feature Requests.

Would be a nice feature request. I'd +1 it wouldn't use it though unless it was default.

What do you mean unless it was default?

  9. I'm having trouble with auto debit not working. It appears Blesta doesn't attempt to bill the payment method on file, even though the customer is has auto-debit enabled and a default payment account is selected (there is only one payment account per customer).

Encryption is NOT enabled under Settings > Company > Encryption.

I am using Stripe as the payment gateway (plugin v1.1.2) and the universal module (ver 1.1.1) on Blesta 3.0.6. The Stripe API version is 2013-12-03.

The Blesta cron job is configured in /etc/crontab and the web interface reports "The cron last ran on Dec 31, 2013 2:05:04 PM."

The auto debit automation task is enabled (Settings > Company > Automation) and the web interface reports "Task Last Ran: Dec 31, 2013 2:00:03 PM"

If I go under Tools > Logs > Gateway, there are no log entries, except for when I manually submit payment for the customer (Clients > Browse > click client ID > Make Payment > Continue).

Blesta is running on CentOS 6.4, PHP 5.3.3 and MySQL 5.1.69.

"Store Card Information Offsite" is enabled under the Stripe gateway module.

Please let me know what other information would be helpful or what I'm missing here.

    Thank you,

    Grant Supp

Does this happen for all customers or one customer in particular?

  10. I recently canceled a subscription (done through paypal) and it did not cancel it for me in paypal.  It would have been nice if it did though.

Unless I'm mistaken I don't believe Blesta has the authority over someone's Paypal account like that.  When they order services via Blesta a form is being submitted to Paypal as a suggestion to which the user is redirected and logged in to submit confirmation.

  11. And the features will include in the first release

    • pay an invoice (add account credit)
    • Open a support ticket
    • Cancel a service

Why would you add cancel service when it has the lowest poll turn out?  At least for my business cancelling a service is not something I'd consider a good mobile feature by any stretch and therefor wouldn't utilize the app.  Also what about those who use a different support system and not the Blesta support module?

Might it be a good suggestion to allow us to edit this functionality in the SDK so we can add/remove what we require?

  12. I'm going to enable this and have not in the past.  When paying suppliers via ACH I believe we had to authorize it with our bank before it happened which our accounting department handles.  When a user enters account/routing numbers and goes to check out what behavior is to be expected? Is information displayed for them to use at their bank for authorization?

I've not tested it yet and only assume it'll pick the payment gateway for the respective currency.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated so that we can enable it for a new client swiftly rather than trial and error.

  13. Ok mate, just wanted to see if people have a better choice than that ugly other system Ditlev tweeted about haha ;)

It's funny because most of the billing functionality short of invoicing and payment processing is already built into it.  I've always been flummoxed at why they've allowed their customers to rely on those billing systems.  When you guys do get to this module I'm hoping you open a discussion about it because there are many scenarios in which it can be built.  Please don't mimic any of the ones in existence (not that you would).  For example some are for VPS provisioning which defeats the point of what OnApp does.  Some lack features to the point that it has a button to "Login to OnApp" which is mind numbing for reasons that I don't need to explain.  One of them does a straight account provision to which you login to the OnApp control panel which is fine but I wouldn't use their billing system.

We'd like to see it as modular and customizable as possible just as Blesta core is.  The ability to utilize the module as a VPS hosting, Full Cloud control (to mimic what the default CP does in Blesta's own special way yet completely), or just simply provision an account to which the user logs directly into OnApp and Blesta manages invoices and billing reports (for billing admins).

Just some things to think about.
