You can make custom plugins from the Portal script (By editing the contents).
 

You need to make a registration form, Packages > Order form > Create > Type: Client Registration, Order form theme: Standard.

You need to install the Offline Payment Gateway. and enable it per order forms.

Ok to do this do the following: Packages > Order form > TYPE: Client registration > save it will now pull up a form to register

Nope no issues, you can use the Https override in the .htaccess provided with Blesta, just remove the #.

You need to remove the 1 folder in the /cache/ folder this will clear it and reset the links .

Yeah 3.3 isn't stable yet, if you purchase Blesta (If you like what you see) you can get access to the Beta files.

index.php is there because either mod_rewrite isn't enabled or you don't have the .htaccess included in the folder.

If you have 3.2 you want to upgrade to the newest you can just install the latest patch in that tier 3.2.2 patch will install both 3.2.1 & 3.2.2 features if you jump.

Yes and Yes. Or on when making a payment click subscription and it will automatically pay invoices on Blesta as long as PayPal connects (should be automatic) but if not then you can use the IPN / API settings.
