  1. Not sure if this was said on here or not yet however it would be neat to have something such as this to show up for new clients and once you hit the X it doesn't show up again.

    One thing I've noticed is a lot of clients never read the welcome emails or emails which contain useful information however this shows up really nice in the client area when logged in as a client.

    Our main issue right now is more so the naming of options itself.

    As we provide colocation, dedicated servers, VPS's etc with multiple different options for locations, bandwidth in order to making things clear for us we had to name locations for say VPS's  under configurable options  "VPS Locations"  "Colo Locations"  "Dedicated Locations"  as we don't offer everything in the same locations along with pricing being different for some plans.  If it would have an option to set a name clients see and a name that we see that would be great.

     

     

     

     

     

     

  3. This could be a good feature to have as I know a lot of companies out there for game server hosting at least pay their staff per ticket reply. This isn't something we use for ours however a lot of friends who run them seem to use this feature so I don't think it could hurt to have.

    It's also a nice thing to be able to view to see what staff members are answering more tickets could make for a good contest :)

  4. Good job on this, I'll try to test it out this weekend and see what other features it should have on there. One that would be nice however not sure if it depends on multicraft itself would be the option to select a map that you want installed on the server from a pre-defined set of maps.

  5. It would also be nice if it ran better than some of the other ones out there that it doesn't need to keep your browser open/connection when sending. Had an issue yesterday sending mass mail and internet died 1/4 of the way sending the email out so a bunch of clients never got the email from us. I'd like to see that not happen here.. :)

     

    The ideas posted above are also great.

    As a suggestion for future development.  I am mobile most of the time and it would be awesome if we could find a way to integrate this with Android. :)

     

    Also, does this log you out after the same session duration that Blesta uses?  In other words, if I time out in Blesta Admin, does it also time you out for the chat?

    Great idea's I was looking at all the posts on this and was going to ask myself about the mobile version, I haven't tested it yet myself however would be interesting if you could transfer chats to another admin. So if a tech didn't know the answer he could send the customer to another tech.

    Either way this looks great can't wait to use it.

  7. This could be a great feature to have, or maybe the option for an admin/staff to give that client access to both.  It would help us for some of the different customers we have. Some rent a few dedicated servers from us along with say a Minecraft server. Would be nice if  they could only log into the one account and be good.
