  1. Thanks,

I figured that was correct for the first two the main thing I was really wondering about was the third it would be a great feature I know I asked about it before with another billing panel can't recall if I got a reply from them on it or a copy pasted reply that wasn't what I was even asking about.

Maybe I should put it as a future request.

  2. First off this is an awesome feature that I requested for a long time from other billing companies and it's great to see this feature here!

A few questions I had about this before buying it.

    1. Do we have to have the multiple sites hosted on the same box?

    2. Is there a dev version we can also use for testing before moving things into a live site or do we need another license for this?

    3. Is it possible to have redundancy in this say having it run in two locaitons? I know that the database part shouldn't be an issue however thinking about the license for it being active in two+ locations so if one ever has a network or power issue our site and support is still online.

    Thanks.

  3. It's one of those toss up's at this time it's something we'll be using internally for a bit as it will set us apart from others however we're building a licensing into it also so if we wish to rent it out it's something we're going to be able to do. Right now we're paying a stupid amount monthly for our current control panels and rather cut those costs. We're almost done our Minecraft module for our control panel once it's done we'll be testing it out more then building a module for source based games and go from there.  (Whole thing takes so much time :( )

  4. Depending on how much business you do with PayPal chat to someone there, we have much much lower rates with PayPal then again we're doing some large amount of sales can't recall what their cut off is on it however never hurts to try.

It would however be a neat feature to have on there even more if you're trying to get clients to use it.

  5. Sounds good, it would be great to be able to add features like this, I really like the options of being able to charge more for different locations etc. It was something we ran into with our current solution which is blah! Like our dedicated IP's we sell would have to have a different option for our EU locations as it's very limited on how many IP's we're able to get vs in the US we run our own network and have IP's but our panel now doesn't let this happen.

If there is any questions about features this should have I'll be happy to help you guys get some more options I find it should have.

  6. It would be best to have just a donation button as Blesta plans on making those modules shortly and the last thing people want is more monthly costs. I spoke with a few other providers they are all waiting for TCAdmin and Multicraft before switching to this. $500 isn't that bad of a price however last time I paid a huge amount of money for a custom option for Multicraft it was released to the public a month later which is a little upsetting.

  7. Our sub company is a pretty large minecraft provider who has been around since it was released, we also know a large amount of other providers out there who we could advertise this module towards who I'm sure at least half of those people would switch. We currently have our own in house panel almost finished which when it's done we'll be moving away from Multicraft however that's a few months away I'm sure.

We provide hardware to a decent amount of others in the gaming field which we could send them something to switch over here. In fact I'll be taking a look at the reseller options you guys also have. :)

The main issue is game server providers get hit with exploits first it seems I know a few providers got hit with the last whmcs exploit which is never a good thing so those guys along with others will switch asap if they have something that works like this.

  8. Hello there,

I made another post about this however noticed it wasn't in the correct section.

We're looking to see if there could be a Multicraft module made for Blesta, we're currenty wanting to make the switch over from WHMCS however it's not possible at this time till we have something setup for Multicraft as we have a large amount of orders still coming in for it and a lot of customers who we would have to move over here.

They have an API system for Multicraft linked here. http://www.multicraft.org/site/docs?view=api

There is a large amount of minecraft providers who would like to move over here if this is supported.

If anything is needed from myself to help get this done quickly please feel free to let me know I'll be happy to help setup a test server etc for this to work correctly.

  9. Hello there,

We're wondering about a module for Multicraft, we spoke with the owner of Multicraft however he doesn't have a knowledge of Blesta and would have to outsource it to someone who knows how it's done. Having this module would be very helpful for this company as a large amount of Minecraft providers are looking to switch away from WHMCS. I'd see about creating one for this however we're still finishing up work on our own in house game panel and rather spend our time on that. However it's the only thing stopping us from being able to move over here with our service.

Does anyone know if work on this is already underway? If not I'd be happy to give the contact information for the owner of Multicraft to see if he could help get something like this out there.
