Hi Thanks for your feedback when it comes to multi company installs would you people want a plugin that pulls the invoice logo over to the application or have a different built application for each company. As their will be an addon for each install to allow each application to check for an ssl and what features are enabled and disabled.

Hi Thanks for your reply and the application will be designed on the API completely and I'm working on making the custom design ones to share some common code so makes it easier for updating each version of the applications work with the newer versions of blesta but also keeping in mind that some customers run a older version blesta. Would people prefer a one of cost instead of the monthly payments and also would application to work via a ssl install or keep it open to non ssl installations as well. More feedback would be really helpful as I've just started work on an android version working with a 3.1 for starters.

Hi The support feature would use the blasta support module so no 3rd party would be needed for customers to contact support. For people who use a 3rd party script for the support this is something I would be happy to work with someone who has this kind of setup with a branded version of the app and then they have a option to upload it to the app store using their development account or using mine. The branded version will allow access to different options such as visit a mobile version of your site for example. Also the cancel service will be disabled by default and the plugin that connects to the licencing server will allow admins of blasta to enable and disable features that are built into the app giving the customers what they want them to have access to.

So what payment gateway supports this method then?

Morning guys after the feedback we will be working with the following Android and iPhone apps first of all And the features will include in the first release pay an invoice (add account credit) Open a support ticket Cancel a service Also I have spent some time thinking about the costing as well and they will be Blasta branded - £4.99 a month Company branded - £150 setup costs and 4.99 month The monthly cost will go towards to licencing and app updates. Licencing will be via a module that will allow a end user to generate a pin to allow users to add more than one company to manage at the same time within the app. If you have the branded version your module will connect via the licencing app and you will be able to set if the user is able to logon using a pin or their email address. Also to explain the setup cost is to cover our time to brand the application to company colours and to add additional options such as way to access your website within the app.

The first edition of the mobile app will depend on the feedback from this poll. I am wanting to include three features as standard when the application is released and additional features to be included in further updates. Once I have the feedback from the community I will share more details about what's being included in the first released.

After some thought of this and how the app will connect up any installation I will be using a plugin that will generate a user connection CODE that will allow end user to have more than one company under the application. Would you guys want a passcode for logon or maybe a central logon for different logons so customers can maybe update addresses cross all the brands they access. The plugin will allow providers to limit access to features within the app for example Support Tickets Invoices Services Add new services The application and plug will be at a small monthly fee which will go to development of the plugin and also ensuring the apps are kept up to date for new OS released of each mobile. Also the connection code will only be seen by customers and not when staff logon into staff mode. I am just awaiting for paul to get back to me to give me the ok to use the colour scheme and logo for blesta within the app.

Hi I am currently working on the layout on the windows mobile and andriod I will start working on the design for the iPhone as well. I am planning on releasing the client app first, then the admin side of the applications. Once I have designed the layouts I will post some Screenshots of them for feedback before coding starts. that does look right if you have a second company hosted on the installation.

This is something I would find useful myself maybe limit this to groups as we have business customers that have credit and we don't want them changing their contact details like their address without informing us of their contact details.

if you don't have the CSF module installed and maybe get the app to check what modules you have installed have a link to submit a ticket to you if you have the support module installed.

this is something I would find very useful myself for the gocardless but till this is done I use the offline payment method and include details to contact us for that to be setup.

if you are wanting an unbranded version so will just connect to the licencing server will add your company name, the unbranded one will be paid but the admin version will be completely free.

that's what I had in mind tbh Michael would anyone want a iPhone app as well for both. I also considering a desktop version of it for windows 8 but not 100% sure yet.

I am in the process for building to applications for blesta one for the customer side and one for the administration side of things. I would be releasing theses to the MS and google play stores when theses have been completed and confirmed by blesta to be working. The client application I would allow to be customized from colour schemes, logo and what aspects you want the customer to access for example manage the services, view invoices and even a support ticket. Customised ones would need to be submitted to the MS and the google play stores, I am looking for ideas from the community here about functions of both sides of the application you would like to see or in the first release. I ended up moving hosts and using osticket for my support tickets. I will be looking at moving back to blesta for the support side of things shortly but that's not at the top of my list to be honest. The developers should see your having the same issue as me Scott and may be able to help you.
