  1. You need to check the box for 'Email Delivery' when you manually create an invoice and it will be delivered by the cron. I'd also suggest upgrading to the latest version (you're currently behind 2-3 versions right now).
  2. I actually found a task already created for this: CORE-1779
  3. Login to your Blesta account and click 'manage' for the service. You'll have a tab on the left where you can reissue the key. No need to contact them and await their reply.
  4. Is there a temporary solution to increase the amount of time that a login is active? We have clients that are typing a long support ticket (usually for website design / update tickets) and all of their message is lost by the time they are ready to click submit.
  5. I don't know that I'm going to do this on a regular basis but I received a couple of checks yesterday that I knew would clear today but I wanted to get them recorded in the system yesterday so I set the 'date received' to 4/8 when the funds would actually clear.
  6. When a payment is recorded and the 'date received' is set, doesn't it make more sense to send the receipt on that date rather than immediately if the date is not today? Ex. Date Received = 4/10 so the receipt should be sent on 4/10, not the actual date that the admin records the payment.
  7. Thanks for the help Adam. I've added this to config/blesta.php now.
  8. Take a look at a fresh download of 4.0 and you'll see that config/sessions.php is gone. If you have it, it's from the 3.6.2 install.
  9. Where has this value moved to in 4.0? I have clients being timed out before they can complete a detailed support ticket response which doesn't get sent after.
  10. Are you trying to use this cPanel extended module? www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/5552-module-cpanel-extended-module-for-blesta/ He's in the process of updating it all for v4.0
  11. It really was an April Fools joke! I'm just kidding though.... I hope all is going well with the project and I'm looking forward to seeing it!
  12. Yes and Yes. I imported the packages and I just disabled the certificates that we don't want to offer so I'm using the original SSL Store packages for the certificates we offer.
  13. It's not a huge deal because they appear 98+% of the time but I thought I'd mention it.
  14. There aren't any config options that are 'dedicated' to the SSL Store packages originally but I'm trying to add one to each package in the new SSLStore module and it doesn't show up on the admin or client side. I'm thinking it's a bug.
  15. I just created them under Packages -->> Configurable Options and then added specific ones to specific packages.
  16. The old one definitely supported it. We use it all the time.
  17. I can't add any? I know there aren't any when you originally import the packages.
  18. I did a few things. I added 'On Hold' and then I broke out all of the statuses in the client area (instead of just open and closed). I did the same on the admin side.
  19. Has anyone tested configurable options with the new SSLStore module? I've added the configurable option group (the same that I did with the old SSLStore module) and the configurable options don't appear. I'm hoping I'm just missing something simple here.
  20. Thanks for the clarification. Everything is working properly then.
  21. Do you know which file do I need to edit?
  22. I'm noticing in 4.0, the dashboard graph is blank sometimes. I haven't found a consistent way to reproduce it yet but it's happened a couple of times today.
  23. There may be a way to retrieve this information already (someone else will have to chime in) but there is a task that I think is similar to this: CORE-2158
  24. Is the graph on the home page supposed to show all services for a given date or the services modified that specific day? Ours is showing any changes made that day (x active, x cancelled, etc) rather than all services active, etc
  25. That was a typo. It should have said en_us instead of en_gb in my reply. So yes, the error does persist.
