I appreciate your help. Any changes I've made are not showing up and the database is extremely confusing to me. I'm going to take a break from it for awhile and get other things done. It's been almost a year and I haven't been able to switch yet so I don't know if I'll ever make the switch although I'd like to at some point once migrators, features, etc get ironed out.

That helps a lot! I've found two with the correct data in the database but one shows the label in the admin area and the other doesn't. Still trying to figure out why that label value isn't being applied when I view the services for a client in the admin area.

Do you know if there is a way that I can manually add that since the importer didn't get all of it? That's one of the things I'm seeing in Blesta is the inability to 'rearrange' things within the admin section (price overrides, adding this label, etc).

I just imported from the competitor billing system and was hoping that all I had to do was setup my logic boxes module and run a cron job. Not the case apparently?

When using logic boxes, shouldn't the running of a cron job grab all of the whois info, nameservers and settings? It's very possible I'm missing some setup step but not sure.

Hope so. I'd really like to get moved over to this system and quit paying for the other one. I'm guessing the promotion part of Blesta works just fine but I'm trying to figure out how to juggle all of the imported data (the promos I ran) from WHMCS to the right place within Blesta.

Kind of seems to me like Blesta needs to catch up in some way? I can't speak for others but I know I end up offering a 'sale price' to get people to transfer and then it renews at a higher rate in the years to come. There was talk about the configurable pricing for domains (one register price, a renewal price and a transfer price). Is that already in the software and I missed it?

Here's my story: I just did an import from WHMCS and I have various pricing going on because of different promotions and such. For example, I have some customers who paid $19.99 / year and some who paid $16.99 / year for a .com Under packages / browse, I go to Domain Registration (.com) and I attempt to remove the additional pricing so that there is only one price for 1 year, one price for 2 years, etc and I'm unable to because it says 'The term could not be removed because it is used by one or more services.' Is there no way around this? If I can't get rid of it, then all of these confusing prices show up on an order form as well. Thanks for any and all help.

Is this open for access to anyone with a Blesta license or only a select few can get an account to login to this area?

Wondering if there is any update about this? I'd really like to switch over and haven't been able to since I bought a license last August. Hoping it's still in the works for release soon??!!

I didn't know they were bought out but I plan on sticking with resell.biz OpenSRS / Tucows has such high prices that I can't even be competitive so I just need the module to manage the existing domains there that don't renew again for many years down the road.

That would be nice and I think I could finally convert over.

Thanks for the clarification. I can't speak for others but I basically need it to import from whm** and just keep track of the expiration. I've got a handful of domains that don't expire for 5-10 years and I need to track them. They'll be transferred to resell.biz once the terms are up.

I was looking in the CORE - list for upcoming releases and I don't see OpenSRS / Tucows anywhere. Is this being dropped for other development projects?

In the table 'tbldomains', there is an ID. Under 'tblorders', there is a value in the column 'ordernum' for every domain.

Is anyone else seeing this: 1) All US customers are being imported with their state being set to Alabama 2) I have domains registered through OpenSRS on WHMCS and none of them were imported. The universal module was setup but that's as far as that part went.

That's what I thought. I'm a total rookie with Blesta and the import, so I've got a few questions: 1) Are all of my modules suppose to be setup before I import? 2) How do I change a module that's assigned to a product? For example in **mcs, I was using stargate for a domain so under the customers information, I click on manage for the domain and it shows Stargate as the module and I want to change it over to LogicBoxes now that I'm in Blesta. 3) Not all domains registered through OpenSRS were transferred over. Is this because I had nothing setup in Blesta (Module Config) prior to the import? 4) All closed invoices are importing with the status 'unsent' which is not a big deal to me personally but I wonder if that's the way it should be? 5) One customer had a credit on the account that was used up a month ago and it now shows him having that same credit after this import. As I'm writing this, I may have answered question # 2: Do I go to update package and just change the module from there and it'll apply across the board through all accounts? For the time being, I have customers with long term registrations through OpenSRS so I'm hoping to designate that until they come up for renewal and I switch them over to LogicBoxes. Is this possible to keep it all distinguished? This is a trial run for me because I don't plan to make the full transition until 3.2 comes out so I can wipe out this database if I need to and test imports again. I'll do a fresh install and import for v3.2 Thanks for all of the help and sorry if there's a dumb question or two in there.

I just realized OpenSRS is under Universal Module so I'll give it a shot. I'm also seeing Stargate which is what I used on **mcs so should I use that instead of LogicBoxes in conjunction with resell.biz?

Is there any information about modules that will be released with 3.2? I just need one more (OpenSRS) and a few other features mentioned and I'll be finally making the full switch. Thanks and it's cool to see the progression of Blesta!
