  1. Glad I wasn't the only crazy one having issues loading it.
  2. I'm not the one to program it but I wouldn't think it would be hard for a Blesta developer to implement. I use Opencart Ecommerce software and they have a feature real similar for order history allowing you to check whether they're notified or not and then the history is all available if they login to their account.
  3. I got it to load in Safari but it's still hanging up for me in Chrome and FF. Who knows....
  4. I tried loading blesta.com in Chrome and FF on the mac right now and I just get a spinning wheel. Anyone else have issues?
  5. Nothing has changed in my system. I can and always have been able to add the service (domain name) but nothing ever syncs to update domain expiration dates, whois info and nameservers.. I can give you access to my install if you want or keep trying to provide you with more detail. I haven't switched over yet so this is just tesing the various functions so I can get use to Blesta, there's no sensitive customer data on my install.
  6. I agree. I get enough people calling me to order on the phone let alone figuring that out online. It needs to be as easy and intuitive as possible.
  7. OK. I left the service already entered for the client, updated the file you mentioned and ran the cron job again. It wouldn't sync any of the whois or nameserver info and there isn't anything new in the error log. After that, I added the service again which works fine but after running the cron job, I've still got no updated whois and nameserver information and no error log generated.
  8. When I initially added the product to the clients account, yes and the domain showed up in the account, minus the details (registrant info, nameservers, etc). It's been over a month since I did this so I'd have to go through the process again but I'm pretty sure the errors appeared in the log after I ran the cron job to update those missing details.
  9. I think you need to call an exterminator and get that place cleaned out!
  10. I might need to open another thread in a different section for this but I'm also curious about the following: If I make a mistake or just want to remove a service all together from a clients account, is this only accomplished by cancelling it? I'd like to just delete it all together if possible. Also, is there a way to move a product / service from one client to another?
  11. Here's my first set of logs (think my last response was from the 2nd log): Input: https://httpapi.com/api/customers/search.json a:5:{s:8:"username";s:16:"xxxxxxxx";s:13:"no-of-records";i:10;s:7:"page-no";i:1;s:11:"auth-userid";s:6:"xxxxxxxxxxx";s:7:"api-key";s:32:"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx";} (SUCCESS) Output: https://httpapi.com/api/customers/search.json {"status":"ERROR","message":"Method Not Allowed. Also selected Status "Active" and entered the domain name and proper nameservers along with the term. This domain is already registered, so I was trying to get it added to the customers account (just a test account for now) so it shows up there and it produces the errors after I run the cron job to sync.
  12. Sound good. I'm going to keep both accounts (domainbox and resell.biz) to decide which produces a bigger profit for me)
  13. My steps to create this error are slightly different but here are my logs: I was trying to attach them but they're too big. Here's a manual edit: Input: https://httpapi.com/api/contacts/add.json a:15:{s:4:"name";s:10:"xxxxx";s:7:"company";s:14:"Not Applicable";s:5:"email";s:16:"xxxxx";s:14:"address-line-1";s:11:"xxxxx";s:14:"address-line-2";s:0:"";s:4:"city";s:6:"xxxxx";s:5:"state";s:2:"xx";s:7:"zipcode";s:5:"xxxxx";s:7:"country";s:2:"US";s:8:"phone-cc";s:1:"1";s:5:"phone";s:7:"1111111";s:4:"type";s:7:"Contact";s:11:"customer-id";N;s:11:"auth-userid";s:6:"xxxxxx";s:7:"api-key";s:32:"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx";} Output: https://httpapi.com/api/contacts/add.json {"status":"ERROR","message":"Required parameter missing: customer-id"} Input: https://httpapi.com/api/customers/search.json a:5:{s:8:"username";s:16:"xxxxxxx";s:13:"no-of-records";i:10;s:7:"page-no";i:1;s:11:"auth-userid";s:6:"xxxx";s:7:"api-key";s:32:"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx";} Output: https://httpapi.com/api/customers/search.json {"status":"ERROR","message":"Method Not Allowed. Use GET"}
  14. are you actively using this company? I'm on the fence because they're only 16 cents difference on a .com from resell.biz (they have a 2.5% charge fee so it's really $9.00 instead of $8.78) so I'm trying to figure out if it makes sense to work with 1 or both companies. I'm leaning towards sticking with resell.biz right now. What are your thoughts?
  15. I sent this through a support ticket in my account. I wish I knew how to develop these modules but I don't, so I'd be open to having some sort of a "money pool" to chip in to get some of these features developed quicker. I grabbed the $99 special and I'm not up and running yet because I need a few more modules to make a smooth transition not only for our company but for our clients as well. Right now, I'm paying a monthly fee for my other billing system and Bluepay is hitting me with a $15 monthly fee to use that gateway (I hope that's not the case with Blesta but I haven't got this far). So, I'm willing to chip in a little bit extra because it'll save me in the long run.
  16. So, can we use Domainbox as an example? If you need the API documentation, I can get that to you and I wouldn't have a problem with it being included as a standard feature.
  17. In regards to this post: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/709-paymill-payment-gateway/?p=8157 What sort of ballpark fees would you be talking for any given module? I realize all modules have different levels of complexity so the price could fluctuate but are we talking under $100's, $1,000's ?
  18. Sounds great and I'll see if anyone has requested domainbox. Is there a central place that sort of lists a roadmap of where you're headed with features?

    Domain Checker

I'll have to look into this. Even if I can make the appearance on the home page and pass the info over to order section, it'll work. Similar to this look:
  20. I have just signed up with domainbox but they are the cheapest wholesale that I've seen and they don't seem overly complicated. Tucows is pretty easy to use and has good support but they're expensive. For example, after fees, it's $11.03 USD + credit card fees (from depositing your money) for a .com vs about $8.65 USD through domainbox It doesn't sound like a lot but every penny adds up and the cheaper price allows anyone to better compete with the bigger companies out there if they have to.
  21. gogetssl.com - GREAT prices domainbox - GREAT prices tucows - only because I have a lot of domains there that I need to manage until they're up for renewal but I don't recommend anyone start using them (prices are too high) thesslstore.com - Great prices on a handful of certificates and I have current certificates active with them for another year or so. Looking forward to these and as I get more familiar with Blesta, I hope to be able to contribute something to the community.
  22. I like the idea of less page loads.

    Domain Checker

Is there code that I can put on a web page (not in the client only area) that allows a customer to search for a new domain name and then purchase it if they want? The site would be running in the root folder and Blesta in a folder from there so the domain name checker would need to go on www.website.com/domains.php and the blesta is located at www.website.com/blesta Hopefully it's possible.
  24. +1 for this http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/989-manually-adjust-price/?p=8010
