  1. Hi,

Thank you. I tried to follow the upgrade instructions, but after I unzipped the file on my server, when I go to mydomain.com/admin/upgrade it just goes to mydomain.com/admin. There are no upgrade instructions at all. I unzipped the file directly in the cPanel file system. Is there another way I should do it?

    Thank you,

Edit: I made sure to unzip the file in the public_html directory of the subdomain where Blesta is installed. I believe all of the previous files were overwritten when I unzipped the file. I tried again. There is still nothing that happens when I try to go to mydomain.com/admin/upgrade.

  2. Hi,

I'd like to upgrade from Blesta version 3.1.1 to 3.2.2. Do I need to do incremental upgrades, or can I do one upgrade?

I'm not sure what steps to take to upgrade in the first place. I read something about using FileZilla to replace certain folders. Is that right?

    Thank you!!!!

  3. Hi,

Is it possible to give each client access to their own "Downloads" after they log in? I want to add separate PDF reports for each client, but not have my other clients see reports that aren't theirs. This would be a major feature for me.

Is this already a feature? Is it possible? What should I do?

    ****I love Blesta!****

    Thank you,

  4. Thanks. That was not enabled, I didn't check PayPal on the order form. However, I added PayPal to the order form (I'm not connecting an order form to this invoice, just sending the invoice by itself). So now that PayPal is added to the order form, I'm still getting the same error message. The currency is also checked in the gateway. Any ideas?

Do I need to connect the order form to the invoice somehow?

  5. Hi,

I have installed the PayPal Payments Standard gateway into the back end of Blesta. I created an invoice and tried to pay it, but it says "gateway does not exist or is not enabled." I have no other payment gateways installed.

I have entered my PayPal standard email address, and it did not work with just that. I also tried putting in my API key, signature, and password. Those did not work either.

I called PayPal and they said it might be something where I would need to sign up for PayPal Pro, but there is a different module for that. Can anyone help?

    Thank you,

  6. Hi,

I am a web designer, and I charge my clients by the hour. Is it possible to set Blesta's invoice to charge an hourly rate? I saw there are weekly and daily rates, but I want to charge hourly. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you,

  7. Hi,

I realize that you could say web hosting is saas, but supposing I'm not talking about hosting, but some other Saas. What resources are there in Blesta or it's extensions that would make it easy to use with some sort of Saas sytstem? I am thinking it would involve custom programming to some extent. Any ideas?

    Thank you,

  8. Nah, it's for a bigger website. But thanks for the advice. I will use it in the future. I really like Blesta. I'm going to use it for my own company to administer customer invoices for web design and web hosting services. Looks like I'm going to have to go with another option for my clients.

    Thank you!

Edit: Most of my clients' websites are small and would only need a small ecommerce system, but this one is outgrown for those smaller systems.

    Thank you!

  9. Well, I kind of assumed that there would be a way to do this. I don't know why. I would use Magento, but it costs $15,000 per year and I don't want to give my client that kind of bill when I already sent them a quote.... Is there any other solution that you know of that would work well?

    Thank you,

  10. Hi,

I am setting up a store for myself, but also will be setting one up for a client who has a high volume of physical products. I'd like to know if I can add images and text descriptions to each product. I believe there is no limit to the total number of products I can add, is that correct?

Edit: Is there a plugin for this? What would be the easiest way to do this?

I'd also like to find out how to add images and text to each product.

    Thank you so much!

Edit #2: Okay, I think you add them as Packages, and in the WYSIWYG editor you can add the images and descriptions? Anything else I should be knowing about it?

    Thank you!

Edit #3: Sorry for this :) Is there a module or plugin for configuring shipping options?

    Thank you!
