  1. No worries, will do that then. Bit of a pain though as the order confirmation page was the only place I was looking to list my bank details and the only unique reference to their order a customer has at that point is the order number. I guess I'll have to include my bank details in the service activation email template instead. Think it is worth putting in a feature request to either make the order number searchable or have it removed from being displayed in the offline payments order confirmation page.
  2. Hi All, For domestic customers I have enabled offline payments so people can pay via EFT without incurring credit card fees. Inside the instructions section I was planning on including my banking details and ask the customer to use the order number as a reference as it is unique. Seems I am unable to find any reference to this order number from the Blesta admin side of things. Am I missing something? Shouldn't that order number be something I can then search for in Blesta to identify the order and view the details?
  3. Hi Guys, Just wondering if a Websitepanel module was anywhere on the radar yet? I use Microsoft Hyper-V as my hypervisor, and Websitepanel is the only Open Source control panel I am aware of. Currently my provisioning / renewal / suspension / cancellation process is 90% manual with some basic in-house developed scripts. I would LOVE Blesta to be able to fully automate these steps. www.websitepanel.net/documentation/integration-api
  4. Anyone aware of a Blesta shared login module for Drupal.
  5. Hi All, So, I am not a coder. I have added a service option to a product to capture the Client ID of any referring customers. I would like to create a JSON rule to validate that anything entered into this field is numeric and 4 digits long. I have reviewed the doco on input rules, having no background in this I have no idea where to start. http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Universal+Module#UniversalModule-InputRules I am already using the JSON code in the doco example to validate the hostname entries. Anyone able to assist?
  6. A couple of clients have given feedback that they found some tasks (in this case password reset) hard to find. Just wondering if it would be feasible to allow customers to create their own dashboard links to their most commonly used administrative tasks? Pretty much the same as quick links for staff.
  7. For the non-coders among us, are there any specific examples on how to integrate the shared login plugin in to Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal (particularly interested in the AJAX option)?
  8. Sure thing. Sounds like it'd make this tidier/easier to implement too? Ah, ok. Will keep that in mind, though I don't anticipate having identical contacts across multiple clients. Would shifting this functionality out to the Support Manager plug-in solve any of these issues. Also, I cannot find the copy contact option. Is this a new feature (I'm still on 3.0.6)?
  9. Hi Paul, I would say the additional email addresses are only required for raising support tickets via email. Logging into the web portal would still require the use of the primary email address (unless set to use username obviously). All outbound email from Blesta should be via the primary email. Other good reasons for allowing alternate email addresses would be for raising support tickets in the event the clients mail server is down or Internet is out and support tickets need to be raised via an email client on a smartphone (or similar). For smaller operators such as myself who do not have a manned helpdesk, the support module in Blesta is the only means of raising support tickets for clients. Non-primary contacts do seem to be accepted for raising support tickets. This is what I am doing now, however as mentioned it is a major pain having to create a new contact for the same actual person for every new email address alias they are wanting to log support tickets from. Hi Cody, That is interesting. As I mentioned just earlier I have been creating additional contacts for each email a client is wanting to use for support. This works and clients have been using them to raise support tickets via email for a few weeks. It was an assumption that the email addresses added to these contacts were unique. I just tried adding two identical contacts to two separate Blesta clientsb(which works) and then tried logging a support ticket from that address via email. A ticket is logged for the first client (possible based off the lower client ID Number?), but not for the second. I believe this is probably a bug then? The issue you outlined is already in play without adding the functionality I have requested.
  10. Apologies if this wasn't clear. I have two separate clients in Blesta who on a regular basis use workstations at other locations. The email applications at these other locations are all configured to use the same mailbox, however they are all configured to use different email aliases based on location. For example; NewYork.John.Doe@company.com London.John.Doe@company.com Essentially the fact they are using aliases is irrelevant. What I need in Blesta is to be able to; Add multiple email addresses for each contact (same as what can be done for phone contacts now) Support tickets to be accepted from any of these addresses Email addresses to be a editable by the contact themselves
  11. Hi All, I have a couple of clients who have multiple aliases for the one email account. They have their own reasons for requiring this, however it is causing some frustration in relation to raising support tickets. At present I am having to create an entire new contact with the same details just to add an email alias. Is it possible to add the functionality of adding email aliases to an account the same way additional phone numbers can be added? This would also need to be a user configurable option so these aliases can be kept up to date by the client themselves.
  12. Hi All, This is pretty much the only module required for those wanting to automate their Microsoft hosted services. http://www.websitepanel.net Are there plans to develop a module for this? If so, what is the timeline?
  13. Yep, I agree Tyson. Annoying thing is that Paypal have said they'll close my support call if I cannot prove this is the case. Just going to have to close that account I think and use my secondary account.
  14. After talking to Paypal support I now think my solution is a workaround rather than a fix. Paypal support have informed me that they are not seeing any access attempts for my business account API credentials. They have also asked me to provide further evidence that the issue is their side or they will close my support call. My problem is that Blesta is not logging anything at all for any transactions while using these credentials. Is there anyway I can turn on extra logging for the Blesta gateway logs so I see everything?
  15. Hi Tyson. I can firm the code update fixed the issue. Nothing other than the CSV data is exported now. Thanks.
  16. Hi Cody, I have attached (hopefully) an example report. Blesta-Test.csv.txt
  17. Good spot Cody. That was the issue. Thanks. Would it be worth putting the lowercase drive letter requirement in the documentation? http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/System+%3E+General
  18. Hi All, Looking to use the Namecheap module for domain registration, transfers and also SSL certificates. However I'm finding the module is not that straight forward. 1. Domain registrations/transfers obviously cost various amounts depending on namespace. Is there anyway I can account for these differences when generating my pricing other than creating a load of different packages? 2. When creating a SSL Certificate package, the options under the "SSL Certificate" type are exactly the same as when using the "Domain Registration" type. Shouldn't I be seeing options relevant to the sort of certificates on offer via Namecheap?
  19. Using Blesta 3.0.6 on Windows 2012 Server / IIS 8 using PHP 5.4.20. When generating any of the available reports under billing as CSV I am getting files that contain the CSV values at the top as expected. However after that there is a couple of hundred lines of HTML and JavaScript code. Not a massive issue as it can be easily removed from the CSV, but shouldn't be there none the less.
  20. Hi All, I am using Blesta 3.0.6 on Windows 2012 Server / IIS 8 running PHP 5.4.20. The issue I am having is the path appended to the hostname in the URL in email templates is incorrect. For example I have the Root Web Directory under Settings -> System -> General -> Basic Setup to "C:\path\to\blesta" and have the hostname in Settings -> System -> Companies set to "my.blesta.com", then variables are getting populated like this; {client_url} http://my.blesta.comc:\path\to\blesta/client/ {payment_url} http://my.blesta.comc:\path\to\blesta/client//client/pay/method/10/?sid=aHDsaheioapwhfizphhofhsdhisafhk3423rohnl/client/pay/method/10/?sid=aHDsaheioapwhfizphhofhsdhisafhk3423rohnl These links obviously do not work and also expose the installation path of my Blesta install to my customers. How are the URLs for these variables generated? Also, the URL only specifies http instead of https which I used on my site. I do have redirection in place, but just wondering if there is anyway to get Blesta to generate https only URLs?
  21. +1 for this. Not sure about other gateways, but with Paypal they give you the functionality to create your own button. In the Paypal module perhaps have a text area to dump the form code generated by the Paypal button creation tool, otherwise if left blank just use the standard graphic as it now? I agree it is not rocket science, however if your customers aren't always computer savvy (retirees for example) then using graphics/text that do not reflect the function of the action they perform will generate support tickets, or even worse lose their custom all together.
  22. Hi All, Currently the only optional tag to use when defining your invoice numbering scheme is {year}. I would really like to be able to add the Client ID when generating invoice numbers, for example; {ClientID} - {num} This would provide two pretty decent advantages I can think of; 1) When users select to use an offline payment method they can be provided an invoice number that has relevance to both their client ID and invoice number. This would help in the event of having to marry up bank transfer references to Blesta generated invoices. 2) Provide staff an alternative method of determining which customer an invoice is referring to simply by looking at the invoice number.
  23. Thanks for the reply! What are the security implications of disabling CSRF? Option 2 sounds good. Any idea when this Wordpress plugin might become available?
