  1. Hi, Is there any plans to release a module that would integrate Blesta with Xero ? Xero has an extensive API and integration would mean no more manually exporting CSV's from Blesta and importing into Xero for accounting and bank rec of transactions. Would totally automate the mundance aspect of book keeping as Stripe already integrates with Blesta & Xero so Blesta to Xero would be the final hurdle Thanks
  2. No luck, same problem. I downloaded the full 3.1.3 package instead of the patch, unzipped it and overwrote all the files. Checked the time set on the automation page for each service and saved them just for good measure. 12am the auto debit ran again as did the create invoices etc and ignored the time set for each one. No errors or uncompleted or still running cron tasks in the logs, just sayes each one is completed. Stripe auto debit didn't run even though the auto debit cron task said it completed.
  3. Hi Paul, Yes I did, its something I check after every upgrade. When I run the cron manually during the day I'm not seeing any errors in the logs and the daily scheduled crons dont run but I'm guessing that part is normal as they ran at midnight so cant be re-run during the same day even manually correct ? Thanks
  4. Hi Tyson, Cron is running every 5 minutes. No task showing that failed to complete or are still showing as running. Same thing happened last night, exactly 12am again. I'm going to re-download 3.1.3 and overwrite the files and see what happens this time just to rule out a corrupt file.
  5. Since updating to 3.1.3 all cron run services such as create invoice, auto debit etc are only running at 12:00am. Every service that is set to run at a specific time is ignoring that time with the exception of services set to run every 5 minutes like Apply Payments. Stripe auto debit has stopped working and is not debiting accounts and invoices are not being created. I rolled back to 3.1.1 and everything returned to normal, so next day I re-did 3.1.3 and same problem again. Any ideas please ?
  6. Is there any detailed documentation available on how to configure Packages, Groups, Options, Add-ons ? We've been using Blesta for recurring invoices but now want to start using it to automate the billing of our hosting and domains through ResellerClub. Whats confusing the hell out of me is the Packages / Groups / Options bit. The options menu has " Create Groups" but also Create Option, while the Groups menu also has another " Create Groups ". How do these interact, whats the best way to go about configuring your setup, for Hosting, Domains, SSL. Maybe someone could post an example of a plan they have setup ? We've looked at the User Manual section but its lacking in much needed detail. Thanks
  7. We're having an issue where clients set to Paper invoice method are regardless getting emails telling them their account is overdue. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional function of Blesta but if client is set to Paper invoicing method should this not prevent invoice emails being sent to the client ? Can anyone advise. Thanks
  8. Hey Paul, No I have 3 client groups and I have upgraded to 3.0.7. I've setup a dummy client the same as one of the clients who are getting the multiple invoices. Its set to run/generate an invoice tomorrow so I'll report back what happens using SMTP this time.
  9. Hi Cody, There is only one instance of the cron running on the box. I will swap over to SMTP and test. In what way could the cron be configured incorrectly ? Thanks
  10. Hey Blesta Support, Can you shed any light on what may be causing my problem ?
  11. Hey CubicWebs, Thanks for the reply. Yes cron is set to run every 5 minutes and just checked the logs and its running every 5 minutes, no missed runs in the log. Screen shots attached of requested pages
  12. Hi, There are 2 parts to my problem, the first; I have an issue where the cron is sending out Invoice Due and Scheduled Payment Reminder emails 4 times each to every client. All 4 emails go out at exactly the same time down to the second and all 4 show in the Mail logs. This seems to have been happening for some time but I never noticed until a few clients complained of multiple emails requesting payment. I'm running v3.0.7 and email is sent out using PHP. The second part of my problem is regarding the invoice PDF attachment which is never attached to email that goes out via the cron, but if I manually send the invoice email from the Client page the PDF is attached to the recieved email. Any ideas ? Thanks
  13. Thanks for the reply. Its a shared host plan with a dedicated IP for our domain. The main server address and the dedicated IP are both white listed but still no change
  14. Hi, I've had this issue since the first clean install of 3.0 and none of the patchs have resolved the problem. When I add my resellerclub details to the logicbox module I kep getting the error "The reseller ID and key combination appear to be invalid, or your LogicBoxes account may not be configured to allow API access. " The reseller ID and API key are correct, copied and pasted and checked for any spaces, it doesnt even work with Sandbox as I get the same error. And the IP is whitelisted on the RC control panel. Nothing showing in the blesta logs and ResellerClub support cant assist. Anyone else having this problem or can offer me some advice ?
