    It looks like the API for your module is not responding appropriately. First, it's returning HTML, and second, it's sharing an error and stacktrace because something is wrong with the CWP server. This issue isn't caused by Blesta, but by the server it's attempting to connect to. You should look into that CWP server and resolve the error that's mentioned because it's not running correctly.

    The error indicates it is missing the port field on the module row object. This port field should be set on the module row when you save it. From your screenshot, that is the "API Port" field.
    However, you get an error about the connection failing to be established. Can you check your module logs to see if there is an entry that begins with "<yourdomain>|validate_connection/packages_get"? That log should contain some information on the API request that failed to validate the connection. This is the reason for the port error as well. The port is not being set on the module row because you cannot successfully save the updated module row information. Once the connection issue is resolved the port error will go away.

    You should enable debugging in Blesta and repeat the steps you performed to generate that error again. It would be useful to know what file/line number that error occurred on to help identify the issue.
    Make sure you've uploaded all the files for the CentOS web panel module, and that you've upgraded it in Blesta (also that you've upgraded Blesta by running /admin/upgrade/ in your browser if you haven't already). The module should be version 2.1.0.
    By default, the login port would be 2031 and the API port would be 2034. Yours are different, so you may want to double-check that yours are correct.
    FYI, the CentOS Web Panel module was updated to use their new API in v4.8.0.

    Are you using logicboxes or other module. Maybe is something not well setup in the domains packages that you have available in your system.
     
    Paul Phillips address this message for the issue that you have, take a look and verified you have it setup in that way.
     
     
    The issue is that you have Dominios selected under Package Groups. It should only be selected under Domain Package Group. Package Groups is where your hosting plans should be selected. If you don't wish to sell any hosting, only domains, then there should be no package groups selected under Package Groups.
    Try making that change, and see if it begins to work correctly.

    Coupons are not limited to specific terms, but this is a good request. We need to refactor the entire coupon system, so coupons are currently in a feature lock until then, but I think this should be included.

    - Add an extra option on Suport Manager Pro in Plugin manager to showw All Companies Tickets. By default only shows the selected Companie Ticket, you can change it now to show all. Thanks to WebhostingNZ.com (not testes 100% because we dont have MultiCompany to test it  )
    - Optimised code. Removed some CSS and Javascript that was duplicated has latest Blesta alredy include in CORE
    - Some minor changes in Ticket Replay on Admin side to better display Notes, Replies, Logs

    - Merged all Support Manager 2.12.0 Core compatible with latest PHP 7.0/7.1

    I did a quick search through the thread and didn't see anything, so if it's already been asked sorry about that.
     
    I have a feature request: custom status
     
    I would love to be able to add my own ticket status's.  I have my contact email setup as a department, and would like to be able to mark certain emails as "information", etc.  Would mark them as closed but be easy to find them later.
     
    Or maybe even a tag/label system instead?

    might be a spam email without correct stuff, go to the PHPMyAdmin on your server and check the support_tickets table click status and see if you have any open.

    Finally I've managed to make the custom order page design by applying a hack to order form controller that let me to assign an specific blesta template for this order page without changing the template of any other page.
     

     
    Maybe this would apply for a feature request, because with the current system we can't do a full order page customization

    Move Service/Invoice Beetwen Clients (Move Service/invoice X from Client A to Client B )

    Its because its a "status" change and you have not Permanent Deleted the Ticket
     
    On the next release we will hide the "SPAM" and "Deleted" tickets from Client Area, but clientes on "Deleted" status can still reply by email and the Ticket will reopen again
     
    Some new features on the next release are:
     
    - On Ticket Viewing, now it will show 2 new Tabs called "Tickets" and anouther called "Services" that will display all Tickets from Clients and Services, to better access
    - Import Tickets/Replies and Configs from Support Manager original (on new installs only)
    - Option to export to Support Manager riginal new tickets/replies (that are not alredy in database)
     
    Some outher changes are:
     
    - Changed Status name, from "Delete" to "Trash" to better understand
    - Change Action Name from "Permanent Delete" to "Delete".
     
    If any of you have some new ideas, just tell us to implement on the next release

    Great! It drove me nuts as well until I figured it out! I'm in love with Mandrill and was determined to figure it out! If it starts failing again, just restart CSF and it will work again. I've experienced that a few times.

    I had a similar issue with both WHMCS and Blesta. There is another setting in CSF that was blocking me. See the screenshot and add the username of the account trying to use mandrill to the box. Also, make sure the port is open for SMTP.  Then restart.
     
    No promises, but it's another option to try.

    For SMTP Security, select TLS. Make sure port 587 egress is open at your firewall.
