    I am trying to configure the Universal Module for a product, but this thing is confusing me. I'm following the documentation at docs.blesta.com, but without help actually. Its just confusing, so I was wondering if someone could help me trough teamviewer? :)

    If you are willing to trust me, I don't mind having a look with you to see if we can fix it. Otherwise it's best to PM Tyson, Cody or Paul with information on how to log in to the administration area and maybe FTP access to see if they can diagnose it.

     

    I do trust you. But could we do everything trough teamviewer?

    Was an invoice created for the client after ordering the hosting service? And was that invoice marked paid? If it's not paid, it will not be automatically provisioned. Do you have your cron setup and running? Is it set to provision paid pending services (see [settings] -> [Automation])? You may need to wait up to the interval set there before it will be provisioned automatically. If you're still having issues, check the module log under [Tools] -> [Logs]. Click on a row corresponding to the service provision attempt and look for errors. If cPanel failed to provision the service, an error would be shown in the logs.

     

    Well, I did it once again for 0.00USD. It didn't work, here too. But as I manually ran Cron, which should run every 5 minute, it sent me the activted and copy of invoice mails.

    Though no cpanel information. I went into the Logs, and found this:

    Ok it could be due to a secure password.

     

    Try it with a strong password on signing up.

    If it's not that do you have maxmind set up?

     

    Nop, I haven't MaxMind on. Uhm, Okay then. I'll try changing the password. But it shouldnt have anything with that. As not all customers would have a very secure password, and they still expect the system to deliver the webhosting as fast as possible.

    Oh sorry my mistake go to Settings on that page and then do the default.

    Ah, yeah. Fixed. But the problem now is that it doesnt automatically activate the hosting. I have to do it manually. And I created a test user. The result of the cPanel information is in the photo I put in the other post. Could you help me with that? :)

    So in the source you have:

    But order in your language?

     

    Also have you done what I said before about the default form, if you don't edit that it won't redirect anywhere but the portal. 

     

     

    If that doesn't work then you might have a htaccess code mucking it up.

     

    Uh, yeah. I went into the Order Forms, but I can't see any Default there. Although I created the last package you see on the photo. That is also how I managed to buy hosting for 1 NOK. Though I didn't get the mail automatically.

    Okay, I successfully connected cPanel to Blesta. But now, when I am trying to create packages on Blesta, I can only find the Reseller packages from webhostingbuzz. Not the one I created at WHM. What am I doing wrong? Livechat told me to contact you guys here, though.

    Oh, so it would even create the webhosting for the customer? And have it ready automatically? How do I connect cPanel and Blesta? And in case WHM and Blesta?

    Also, I edited your link to skyservers.biz/callback etc etc.. But It couldnt find the page, though

    Hi.

    I have got the reseller package from WebHostingbuzz.

    I got a question, which is.. How do I set up the system to automatically activate the webhosting for the customer on cPanel/WHM as fast as the payment has arrived? I could successfully do this at the WHMCS, but when I moved to Blesta. Everything started from 1, for me.
