    Instead of having a multi-select... why not using the same approch we did... having a Group called "Global" and create all custom field under this group.  This way, don't need to change anything in the database...and like I said, we are using that since a while here and it's working fine everywhere!

    Hey guys @ Blesta
    Are you able in the v4 to add the "Global custom field", a while ago in v3.  I made a custom plugin for that issue but it will be way better to have that directly in the core...
    I have no problem to give you our plugin to help you

    Yeah exactly. . We are having a bunch of custom field that are the same for different client group. .  And instead of having to copy the data when we change a client of group. 
    We created custom field in a client group called "Global group"  and assign all custom field there and all others client groups see them.

    It's a limitation of plugin actions. See CORE-1697. You can add as many as you want if you add it under a primary navigation link you create, similar to the Support Manager.

    I believe from 3.3.x the plugins, etc try to upgrade themselves, if they fail you will get the old way of upgrading.

    Hey guys...
     
    What will be necessary to have custom field "global" for ALL group, instead of having to create the same custom field in all group ?
     
    It's a pain to move a client to another client group and having to re-enter all the same information over and over for all custom field that are the "same" in both group. 
     
    For example, we have a custom field called "Customer ID", we need it in all client group but if I move a client to another group, I need to remember the customer id value to put the same thing after changing the client group.
     
    Custom field like this one, need to be "global" no matter which client group we use...

    You will either need to have everything fully translated into French, or ensure you have defined French email templates and that the client's default language is in French.

    Attachments are supported, please ensure that your uploads directory is set and is writable. Settings > System > General > Basic Setup > Uploads Directory. This directory must be writable by your web server, cron user, and email server user. Also, ensure that you have the following directories inside the upload directory
     
    Assumes your uploads directory is at say /var/www/uploads/ (Be sure to start and end with a forward slash /)
     
    /var/www/uploads/
    /var/www/uploads/1 (1 here is for company ID 1, if you have 1 company, that is this one)
    /var/www/uploads/1/support_manager_files (This is where support attachments go)
    /var/www/uploads/system (For system use)
     
    A link to any/all attachments will appear in the ticket for the reply they were attached to. Attachments are not however emailed out to staff or clients, but only downloadable in the UI. This is due to the potentially sensitive nature of attachments. But attachments can be emailed in.

    Have you taken a look at this thread? If you're running the Admin Tools plugin from naja7host, that appears to be causing the problem.

    We will update Support Manager pro to support all new funtionality, including knowledge base from Support Manager Blesta 3.4

    Maybe it would be ideal to have a setting in the Plugin that would allow you to enable/disable each independently.

    I would find it very useful to be able to search descriptions text field contents across all the invoices of a specific client.
     
    Currently I have to crack open phpMyAdmin and do it via query.
