I will try to implement the feature to send the attachment to a client wen Blesta 4.0 release to update the Support Manager Pro with the latest fixes from Blesta Support Manager Core. Regardss, PV
2. Hello, Can you point what is missing for your case in EU Invoicing? Regards, PV
3. @Ionea I didnt want to drag you, sorry, but it was "Coleteral Damage" to make my point why WebHostingTalk tries very hard to censored every other Hosting Billing System, like Blesta
4. 6. @Paul lol, yes I think someone dosent want the true sotry out on WHT for enyone to see Does lonea and/or WHT members recive compensations from WHMCS ??? ummmm, everithing points to that, how can they prove me rong? Here is the full story, I asked to close the ticket bacause its nonsense what they are implying Paulo Vidal Posted On: May 24 2016 7:45 AM Hello, Can you explain what do you mean "since you receive financial recompense from Blesta" how the hell I have recived any compensation???? are you real? sorry but you should reconsider the warning. And also this "you may not promote them as you have done", really? Can you escalate this to bear? He knows me better and I think he can confirm what Im saying. Im not Self-Promotion I didn't publish any information regardin my product or service I didn't publish any future (possible) products or services I didn't suggest any of my own services Im not a partner of Blesta Im not an employ of blesta I dont ever recived any compensation from Blesta. I think you should reconsider the warning and the deletion of my responses on WHT. Regards, Paulo Vidal :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Andy Posted On: May 24 2016 8:04 AM Hi Paulo, > Can you explain what do you mean "since you receive financial recompense from Blesta" Taken from your signature over there: "Donations Recived until now: Blesta (Phillips Data, Inc.)". > sorry but you should reconsider the warning. Maybe you could taking the above into consideration and how it relates to the rule we quoted in the alert. > Can you escalate this to bear? No need - Any moderator assigned this section of the helpdesk can pick the ticket up, view the history, and respond. It makes for a better throughput. > Im not a partner of Blesta > Im not an employ of blesta > I dont ever recived any compensation from Blesta. Your signature on the Blesta forum clearly indicates your close ties with them, and shows that you receive a pecuniary advantage by developing products for or alongside them. Given that close financial relationship you cannot promote or "talk good" about them here as specifically mentioned in the second sentence of the rule: "This includes, but not limited to suggesting your own services, or services of partners, clients, employers or friends.". Let us know if you have any other questions. Regards, Andy aka 'Postbox' Community Leader :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Paulo Vidal Posted On: May 24 2016 8:16 AM Hello Andy Sorry but my Blesta Signature dosent have to do anything with compensations. Donations: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donation Compensations: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Financial_compensation Like I said Im a programmer, and Like I said on almost all my replies, We on the company still use WHMCS but we are migrating to Blesta. How can you judge a person by a signature in outher foruns? Its like to use "Google" to make a point, my signature dosent have anyting to do with my Reply on WHT Foruns. Its really unfair. Hope you reconsider, since Im a member since 2004, and its the second warning since then, and this warning is not breaking any rules, I have learned since my first warning that bear explain me to read the rules, and I have readed and Im not breaking any. Thanks in advance, Paulo Vidal :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Andy Posted On: May 24 2016 8:53 AM Hi Paulo, > Sorry but my Blesta Signature dosent have to do anything with compensations. Does it not clearly state that you've received monies from Blesta (and others)? That creates a financially-influenced relationship between you and your donors, which puts them into the category of your "partners, clients, employers or friends.". > How can you judge a person by a signature in outher foruns? Its like to use "Google" to make a point, my signature dosent have anyting to do with my Reply on WHT Foruns. In just the same way as I could Google someone to see if they're an employee of a company, own a domain, live at this or that address, or used to go to such-and-such university. It's all freely available public information, and can be used to help form the decisions that we make. I'm sure that you do the same, right? Or are you claiming that the information contained in your signature over there is actually untrue? > this warning is not breaking any rules I beg to differ. Aside from the principle one that brought this discussion about, you included in your post: "you will see many developpers like me sharing Plugins, Modules, Extension for free, helping blesta to grow." Beside being self-promotional, another rule applies to that which I'll quote below for you for future reference: "You may only discuss details about your company and/or product offerings when the thread starter or poster has made direct reference to your company and stated something untrue or misleading, or something which clearly needs clarifying. The response must be in direct reference to the point discussed only and contain no added promotional information and/or fluff. It is advisable when in the above scenario to contact us first." 8. Hello blestars News about this A new "Warning" from WebHostingTalk lol This time they acuse me of - Reciving compensations from Blesta - Self Promoting lol I alredy open a ticket to explain me better, today is not 1st of April so im going to laught lol This is what I have replyed on this form: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1573475&p=9699169
That's the problem with Blesta. The whole thing is a hack job...
Can you explain what do you mean about blesta problem being an "Hack job"? I dont understand your meaning. Blesta like WHMCS, lets you build Modules, Plugins and Extensions, and also has an API. how that is an "Hack Job"? lol saing that your are telling that every billing system out there as a problem because everyone needs an "hack job" eheh Adding more info, Blesta lets you also add custum code on Core Files if you need, but WHMCS don't, so if you need someting special like adding more functionality to CORE, you can with Blesta, but you cant with WHMCS. If you dont like Blesta, its your choise, but dont tell something that isnt true I Like WHMCS, I only perfer Blesta because of many things I have alredy tould. WHMCS Secutiry and Support as improved alot. Also the Mobile theme was late but very welcome, because there was alredy an Open Source Mobile Theme for WHMCS long ago (in 2014) and we still use it: https://github.com/ShaunR/template-bootstrap There are still alot of issues with WHMCS like the EU Invoicing that still isnt 100%, and WHMCS still is a hight target for hackers and we dont know how well coded WHMCS is (yes we can uncode files to see it, but is not legal) Blesta has to improve on EU Invoicing like its post it here: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4368-lets-fix-blesta-eu-invoices-and-make-vatmoss-compatible-all-in-one-thread/ Also Domain improvement, like you can see ut some feedback here: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4734-sad-state-of-domain-management-and-blesta/?hl=domain%20managment but everithing elese its great and works for an Hosting Buisness How can Blesta improve? simple, ask it, and Paul/Tyson/Cody will add it. How can WHMCS improve? its alredy improving since the major Hacking and Data Base exploit, but nothing that we ask are being added. Im a simple programmer, that likes to learn more and more, and I dont win anything saing that WHMCS or Blesta is best, I only can tell what I have learned in Hosting Buisness since 1998 (i have worked with all Hosting Buisness Scripts out there, and have licenses from all) I have asked to escalate to bear, because he knows me better and maybe he wil resolve this misunderstanding I will keep this updated until I have recived an response Regards, PV
9. I understand your point, but waht about the left colum that display all Sub Menus and/or Sub-Sub-Menus? Movilng all to top we will improve simplicity, no? Now we have to click 2/3 times to go to a simples task but moving all up we only need to click Once
10. One solution for Multi Level menu on Bootstrap 3 (we are using on multiple clients Mobile websites), works 100% : http://www.bootply.com/92442 The "Mega Menu" solution I think its the best solution for Blesta it uses "NAVBAR": http://geedmo.github.io/yamm3/
11. "What can we say? Well, just look at the Blesta team Paul, Tyson and Cody, they are great, we ask them to add a new functionality and they add it, simple as that, no outher Hosting Billing System is as great, secure, open and well coded, as Blesta. I have tryed every Billing System out there and we recomend for European Hosting Business, Blesta as number one. Paulo Vidal - WebLX "
12. Love Your Logo, simple beautiful
13. @Tyson / @Licensecart / @Jonathon Thnks @jobplease I will update after the 4.0 or 4.1 because there is nothing to update just right now
14. +1 we also add a lot of notes in invoices on WHMCS, its a must have We need private notes on almost everithing per client/service: -Services- Domains Ouhers/Hosting/Servers -Options- -Invoices- it helps a lot on this buisness @naja7host you are onstopable lol, now that you are on Blesta 3.0 Boat, you are seeing the true functionality missing thanks for all your harde work
15. +1, change due date as an option, we do it a lot in WHMCS, its a must have on any billing
16. LOL More to add to April: - I Love WHMCS so much! - WHMCS is the most secure and the most reliable Billing Hosting Script - Wen we upgrade WHMCS nothing goes rong and all clients are billed correctly without crossing invoices betwin clients @Licensecart Love today main page Ok, I finally add an idea and I have sucessfull fool my family again eheh Anonimous SMS sent saing the Mobile Operator defaul message that "You have 1 new voicemail message. Recived on 10-04-2016 at 01:04. Please dial XXXX to ear it" And most of them run on dial to see the new voicemail message, and recived the message "You dont have any new messages" lol I know its not great but I got them Happy April Fool
