  1. Yes for for dedicated servers it would be nice to list graphs for traffic/bandwidth.

I did have one from Host The Best on WHMCS. Which was quite good.

Would be nice to have it also on Cacti.

  2. What I love about Blesta is despite problems occurring with our install (import from WHMCS) the guys do a great job of trying to figure it out.

And then in the next patch it's been fixed.

    * [CORE-1065] - Edit Package fails to save email content for newly installed languages

It's great to be able to help find these issues and get them sorted.

  3. One of the features I miss from WHMCS was it used to give a bar on the main Admin area telling me how many tickets awaiting reply, tickets open etc.

Would it be possible to have somthing like this added in?

Not nessisarily a bar but maybe a notification next to the support menu.

    E.g. Support (5)

Or even a red box with the number in (I liked the look of this as someone is developing a live chat with this look).

  4. Paul has given some useful info in case anyone else has this issue:

Try creating it from the beginning with the Add Service option on the client profile page. I tested in our environment, and with the use module option unchecked, it did add the service to Blesta.

    The above did indeed work.

  5. We have just had a customer order a .com & .co.uk

The .com went through fine but the .co.uk didn't register

In Blesta Admin it says: User Defined Extended attribute: registered_for is required for registered_for

"It means the client didnt enter the "registered for" field on the domain order"

There is no option to select this in the Blesta client view, Anyone else ran into this?

  6. I created my own caching system in the end using cron jobs.

On another note I've finaly got around to doing our domains page.

    $COUK = getPackagePrice($api, 20, "year", 1);

However this shows as £0.00 unless I set the billing to 1 Year instead of 2 Years.

How can I get it to show the price when it's set to minimum of 2 Years?

    Cheers :)

  7. Yay my bug is fixed :)

        * [CORE-997] - Removing package pricing that is in use causes the service to disappear

Shame I sorted them all manually now. But still great to see it got fixed.

  8. Do you have GBP on the end of your prices in the cart? If you do you can remove it from the currency screen in the admin area, and it should remove it from the site.

    Perfect yes that's worked.

As for caching, If anyone could help with that that would be fab. Not quite sure how to go about it.

  9. I will give this a try as I did have live pricing from WHMCS when we where using it.

I've also got a ticket in with support on finding out what I need to query to report back number of rows in a product id (web hosting, domains, vps's).

E.g. How many web hosting packages are we hosting.

So I can display it on our site.

  10. As mentioned in my ticket that im sure Paul has seen (Thanks for the reply Paul :) )

I went through all our customers accounts and changed them to the correct price. E.g. We might have given discount to a client and they then had a diffrent price from the normal yearly price. By changing this to the normal price I could then remove the extra prices added to the products.

I'm still missing a few services but I belive we are getting there and the Blesta team are comming back to me with a way to find them and sort them out.

Only other thing I'm facing is a few clients seem to have been given credit to their accounts and some invoices where raised on the install/migration date that shouldn't have been. I've voided these but I havn't worked out how to remove the credit as voiding the in house credit didn't do anything and credit was still present in their account.

Other than those little niggles it's a great Product and I look forward to using it :)

  11. Right after restoring our database I managed to re-create the issue.

After the import Blesta lists 3 prices for monthly yearly and one off.

We remove the unwanted pricing options leaving monthly and yearly with one price on each.

After this the total number of services in the services page drops.

How can we remove the prices and keep our services?

    Seems flawed.
