I backup the my existing blesta installation from phpmyadmin. Then installed new location and Imported that Backup I did. when I tried to Login with old username and password it failed. even with new one. When I Tried to reset password something is error with email functionality. I need help to change password from PhpMyadmin Help me please

Hi Blesta Forums. I have a huge problem and it needs to get fixed quick. My question/problem is, every time user that already is registrered on the website on blesta purchase a new game server their account on TcAdmin changes to a new generated password, is there a way to disable this so they have the password they started with by the first product (or their custom password they have changed)? I get a lot of support tickets and phone calls about this.. Anyone who knows a fix?

I forgot admin password and tried to reset. But, no emails. I waited long time but still no email comes to email address. Can you please tell me how can I get the password or change the password? Is there any way to change it from MySQL database? Does blesta follow MD5 encryption method? See the attached screenshots.

Please allow customers to change password with DirectAdmin module. Thanks.
