  1. Hello,I'm getting error ...1023 Unable to get ip id by address <PUBLIC IP> from db.... with the Plesk module installed in Blesta. It seems like Blesta passes the customer information but gets stuck creating the domains etc in Plesk. I've posted on the Plesk forums too but I dont seem to be getting anywhere there. I should note that im setup on a Google Cloud Compute Engine so am NAT'd which im sure is the issue but I just can't seem to pin this one down.
  2. Hi there, Can anyone assist with the following issue> Using Blesta 4.2.1 and Plesk 17.8.11 Trying to create a new package in Blesta, Error : Trying to get property of non-object {"code":8,"message":"Trying to get property of non-object","file":"/var/www/vhosts/<domain>/httpdocs/components/modules/plesk/plesk.php","line":2261}
  3. Hey all, I'm hoping someone can give me a hand here. I'm running Plesk Onyx on the same server that Blesta is running on and have enabled graceful restart in Apache per the module instructions in Confluence. MariaDB [psa]> UPDATE psa.misc SET val='true' WHERE param = 'restart_apache_gracefully'; Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec) Rows matched: 1 Changed: 0 Warnings: 0 *I'd already configured it, hence the 0 rows affected. However, the server seems to either a) still be restarting b) leaving Blesta orders as still pending. Has anyone ran in to this recently? I'd really rather not setup Blesta again on a different machine. If that is my only option, is there a good way to copy the configuration over? Thanks, ****EDIT**** Confirmed that Apache is gracefully restarting through Plesk logs. INFO: [Sat Apr 21 22:21:46 UTC 2018]: Serice: httpd, Action: graceful Trying to graceful service httpd... done STOP pleskrc START pleskrc
  4. Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with the Plesk module and provisioning while running from within a Plesk server. I have already followed the directions at the bottom of: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Plesk and can confirm gracefully is set to true in the db through the "query OK, rows matched: 1, changed: 0 ,warnings: 0" after running this as well UPDATE psa.misc SET val='true' WHERE param = 'restart_apache_gracefully'; Unfortunately we get a 503 error anyway, with the following logs: 503 POST /admin/clients/editservice/18/16/ HTTP/1.0 (104)Connection reset by peer: AH01075: Error dispatching request to :, referer: {blesta billing system url here}/admin/clients/editservice/18/16/ Any idea why this error is persisting, even after all these steps? is the information I'm using out of date? Any help is appreciated to find a solution running within a Plesk server.
  5. Hi, I have installed the trial, to see if Blesta will work for us. Running Plesk 12, and have added Plesk module and connected it to one of my Plesk servers, successfully it seems, however it hasn't brought in all our existing customers and their plans. It does do this, right? I must be missing something obvious. Thanks for the answers! Miles

    Plesk and Blesta?

    Hello, we are currently planning to move from ISP to Plesk. In the end, we have two choices WHMCS and Blesta, which billing is better for Plesk? Would be nice to hear stories from customers and get to know what kind of problems we are going to face. Also, what about Russian language? Looks like translation is not done yet. Is it possible to make billing with different languages? So user can switch them easily. Or choose language before registration/login in billing. At this moment we have 2 languages English and Russia, and in future Finnish. What about adding payment system for Russians in future? UnitPay / WebMoney / Yandex.Money? (UnitPay would be enough) Thanks.
  7. Dear Blesta, I badly expect 2 features from you. 1. Please add support for Plesk 12. We need this badly.2. I want to offer my clients free domain name (specific domains) with yearly hosting package. Please add those features. Lovely yours, Atikul, a Blesta lover.
