  1. I went to upgrade a service for a client (from the admin side) yesterday with the following case and the logic seems odd to me. Current service: $70 monthly Upgrade: $1440 for 12 months + coupon for 15% off When I change the package on the admin side and use the prorate feature, Blesta only wants to invoice the price difference from the old package to the new package on a monthly basis. Why doesn't Blesta upgrade to the new 12 month term? It seems useless if Blesta is going to prorate for 1 month now and then 1 month later, it finally invoices for the 12 months. I also noticed that even though our coupon applies to 12 months only (not monthly), the coupon code was applied for this partial month update. This is in v4.2.2. without any modifications.
  2. Hi All, I have an issue with coupon application. When a client goes to order and applies the coupon, it shows the right amount. But when they go to checkout and the invoice doesnt show show the coupon and shows the full price. Here is the video: https://www.screencast.com/t/bgl9GDKZurrV
  3. Coupons Do NOT Get Applied to Services that are RE-curring when using PayPal Standard Payments. Once a $5 coupon code is applied to a $50 service, the price drops to $45 on the checkout interface and also in the email invoices. BUT... The only way to get the $5 discount during the "payment process" is to click the "single payment" button, NOT the " RE-Curring payment " button. When the " RE-Curring payment " button is clicked, the customer has to pay the full amount. ================ This means we are limited to only using coupons for "Single Payment" services ================ FYI - This is the exact same issue as with any "Outstanding PRO-rated" amount and "Set-Up Fees" when dealing with RE-Curring services. https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/8354-prorated-recurring-invoices-show-the-full-package-price/ https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/8353-setup-fee-gets-excluded-when-making-initial-re-curring-web-host-payment/#comment-49693 2nd FYI - We are using PayPal Payments Standard Will this issue occur if we use Authorize.net ?
