  1. We are still testing a trial version but encounter a few issues and hope someone might be able to assist: 1/. When we test the prorate function, let's say we have 3 packages (Plan A, B, C) and each package have 3 month, 6month or 12month option.. if we upgrade plan A 12month to plan B 12month, the calculation seems to be correct. However, if upgrade from Plan A 12 months to Plan B 6 months (should only be $9 diff.) somehow the invoice creation shows customer owe more than $200.. (way off). Is this a bug or prorate plans must have the exact term? 2/. When doing upgrade/downgrade, Blesta add the "setup" fee for each plans.. we only charge the initial setup fee and don't charge an upgrade fee (but charge a downgrade fee).. is there a way to specify that? or does each upgrade, it will add the "setup" fee per the plan selected? 3/. When using smtp to send email, no invoices is being delivered.. only way to work is with php mail (which is not prefer method). We test our server smtp function and also able to do that via commend line.. any idea why smtp setting is not working? Thank you very much in advance for any assistance. Best regards, Boc
  2. i've configured blesta to use smtp with my own account (smtp server - smtp account - etc.) i configured 'Piping' in 'Mail Handling' but mail piping from Support/Ticket not working ticket created not forwarded to email did anyone use smtp for mail settings in blesta and working mail piping?
  3. I have installed Blesta for client management. Which is here: http://www.uitsbd.net But the problem is when I created a client the email doesn't sent to the client email address. Also, when I added services to that client it doesn't sent any emails to the client email. But from the Tools Logs it is showing all the email sent. Is there anything missing on mail settings? Can you help me on that? Actually, our main 2 email for the hosting service is support@uitsbd.com and sales@uitsbd.com. But the hosting cPanel configured using the domain uitsbd.net. All the administrative support, account creation and service email will be from the email: support@uitsbd.com. Invoice, sending reminder will be from the email: sales@uitsbd.com. I should configure the mail setting method SMTP which I found on Blesta. See the attached screenshot. What would be the SMTP Security, SMTP Host, SMTP Port, SMTP User, SMTP Password? Let me know. Thanks!
  4. Hi, I know this issue has been brought to light a few times, but the solution has usually been to manually do some SQL and this is happening far too often for that to be a suitable fix for me. Version: Blesta 3.2.0 with all Plugins up-to-date. The problem: You can see there is an issue when logging in to the Admin Dashboard and looking at the System Status widget: "There are one or more cron tasks that have been executing for more than 60 minutes. View Automated Tasks." On digging in to the Tasks, the "Download Tickets" job is the issue. The spinner graphic continuously spins. The mail server and credentials are fine. How often: It happened once or twice previously, but since upgrading to 3.2.0 this has happened on either a weekly or sometimes daily basis. Sometimes the issue seems to fix itself (I know the lock file clears after 6 hours) but sometimes it's not suitable to wait this long and we are forced to use fixes detailed in the below threads.
