I would like to be honest,  the template and images you have used look amateurish. Create a logo and add a few more things to the home page, try to make it as welcoming as much as you can.

I see, what sort of things could of be use on the home page beside adding a logo to the website? That I could do until it more reasonable to go after a firm for a "better" website?

Nice start! As mentioned, a logo instead of the "Humane Hosting" text would add a lot. Also, the colors selection is not the best. Green & Red only go together for Christmas themed things.

Take a look at this article for website color schemes to get ideas http://blog.visme.co/website-color-schemes/

There are also some website color palette generators where you pick colors and they suggest others that go well together.

I see, thanks for the ideas however I am not sure how to view what the resulting colors would looks like on a website. As it just provides me a "row" of colors but no actual previews that I can refer to.

They are compatible colors. It's up to you how to deploy them to your website. Some trial and error on you computer would help you find the right colors, using those palettes as a guideline.

I see, thank you for clarify that for me. I will get cracking on that. So I can give this site a different "coat of paint". :)

I just updated the color scheming as much as I can with the builder. Let me know if it looks better than the red and green I used to have. (reload and/or clear cache if you don't see the updated colors).

Hi, would be nice to show things that set you are side from competition. Would be best to show your hosting plans at the home page if you don't have many, and explain them more, the features and things like that.

And as for the footer just try to add more info, as the site looks too plain currently

Thank you for your reply!

I see so like merge the plans page into the home page? Instead of providing it own dedicated page?

Regarding adding more details to the website hosting, what details should I look on adding there?  I been looking at adding Cloudlinux's specs but I am not quite sure how to promote those without being misleading/misunderstanding. Would it be wise to say that they are "shared xyz" for each spec? Or what should I be looking at?

What should I look onto adding to adding the footer? Some had suggested addressing but currently I do not own space dedicated for this.

Another member from another community had said similar things and gave me some ideas on what details I was missing. I had added such to both https://humanehosting.com/plans.html and also the plans selection page. :)

have a look at https://bootsnipp.com for some plan types and nav bars mate.

As others have mentioned it's a start but there's still some work to do, the website looks relatively empty at the moment. If you're not much of a web designer and I'd recommend getting a theme from themeforest or hiring a designer to take care of the theme for you and then also speaking to an integration specialist to integrate the Blesta install with the website itself and finally having a professional logo created. It can be quite daunting but just stick at it and you'll get there. Good luck!

In your footer, the bottom of the page under information you have presales and complaints.   You are expecting complaints?  I would personally go with the standard support and sales.  Your biggest plan is 'Small Business' with 8GB space I would think that would fit a website for a large business.   Bottom of plans.html " if none of these plans fit your requirements for you' could be worded a bit better:

'If none of these plans fit your requirements' or 'if you have requirements outside of these plans'.  There are many more options, but you refer to the customer twice in the sentence 'your' and 'you' make it read strange for me.

Your TOS page is missing it's image that sits under the upper nav on plans, about and contact pages I think it doesn't flow as well as it could.

Good luck :)
