I'm working way too hard at this, so I know it has to be stupidly simple, but I can't figure it out at all....

When I install my Namesilo module, I can't get it to actually select (enter) the domain?  I have money on my account, I have my credentials entered correctly on the back end, but when I select a domain from my cart all it adds to the cart is (whichever extension). Basically, I'm missing the text box.

Like I said, I know I'm missing a setting somewhere, and it has to be glaringly obvious, but clearly am overlooking what it actually is.  Please help!

I finally got a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

As noted earlier, there's nowhere to actually select the domain name.

Is there anything else you need to see/verify?
