invalid license key

i'm getting "The license key is invalid." when requesting a 30-day free trial at install..  i haven't had a trial before, but the domain is an old dropped domain that i picked up so maybe someone else has.. in that case would it be possible to get a reset?

If you send blesta a support ticket unless you have abused the trials from the domain or ip requested they should issue you a new trial
