Client Custom Fields in Translate Mode

when we want to add a new custom fields, exist option to make the name from languages files, this is not expended to the values,  only the name displayed, let say we want to add a custom drop down field, called gender, the value are male & female, only the geneder is translatable when we put it in the language file.

i hope we can see option to include also value translatable, in our example 'Male, Female', 'Homme, Femme'.
