I check The languages.blesta.com , it is not loading.

but I can download language pack at https://translate.blesta.com/

Where should I upload it? so the client can view the order page and open ticket page in their own languages?

You download the packs from translate.blesta.com and extract the zip in your Blesta root.

Hello.

I have download Español, ES (es_es) , Bahasa indonesia, ID (id_id)  . This countain public_html files.

My installation is on manage.mydomain.com.

Where should i upload that file? Because it has same name? I can not upload it in the same location?

I have upload one language file, but there is no install option under "Settings > Company > General > Localization"?

When you mean in the root, does you mean the same location where blesta installed?

Many thanks.

You should upload the content of the "public_html" directory from your downloaded translations to the root directory where Blesta is installed on your server.

For example:

  • Blesta is installed at "manage.mydomain.com", but the file structure is "/home/user/username/public_html/manage/"
  • Upload the files to the "/home/user/username/public_html/manage/" directory
    • Upload what is _inside_ the "public_html" directory from your downloaded translations, not the "public_html" directory itself

Thank you for reply.

The documentation docs.blesta.com does not help with this.

I have upload file to location you suggest :

for the language pack for public_html/language/
I have upload it in the

/home/user/username/public_html/managepublic_html/language/

I also upload order language pack on too.

It is installed now.
But the language is not change .

Any suggestion?

You should have three  directories to upload languages, components, and plugins...upload all 3 to blesta root directory..than go to settings__>internationalization and you'll see additional language  and will be INSTALL...click to install and than if you want to use that language as default go to settings-->localization and change default language...your clients will have the option to select language by themselves even if you leave English as default

You need to compare all languages by missed phrases for other folders against en_us folder.

Admin tools plugin was this feature and it was trivial for our translations, even if for upgrades.

Thanks for reply,.

I have compared the languages file, sides by sides, and finally i am able to find the string and translation issue.

Where i can find the word check out & pay? So I can translate it in client language?

REgarding admin toos you mentiones, where it can be found?

Thanks

Is it the right one ? the string that need to be translated? I have translate this but no change.

Line 9: $lang['Checkout.index.pay_btn'] = 'Check Out & Pay';

If there is no change, then it's probably night the right one.. or you aren't using the right language. If you are using en_us for example, and you translate es_es then it wont be loaded.
