I don't believe that the CKEditor, which is the WYSIWYG you added the HTML to supports iframe. It is itself an iframe and probably conflicts with iframes you add to it, and doesn't have a way of allowing you to preview it either. I noticed that there is a CKEditor add-on that supports iframes though, as described here. We can look into integrating support for that, then you can use the YouTube embed code to set an iframe using that new iframe dialog.
