Noc-PS Module Issue

Serverhosh

Question

Hi

We are using the NOC-PS Module for our Dedicated Provisioning. But for last Few Day we can't able to see the Module Option under the "Package Section" in Blesta. Usually it should show the Option like

Actual

https://www.noc-ps.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/blestav3-moduleoptions-dedi.jpg

Ours stop showing those Option, even the Package Description Field is Broken. - http://prntscr.com/nr1jcx

Can anyone help us to figure it out.

Many Thanks

That can occur if there are errors trying to fetch those options from the module (i.e. NOC-PS). There could be something misconfigured, or Blesta may not be able to connect to the NOC-PS API.

Check your module logs under Tools > Logs > Module tab and see if there are any logs stored for NOC-PS. Click the table row to expand the section to see the raw input/output communication Blesta does with the NOC-PS API. There may be an error mentioned that could lead you to the problem.

After looking at your screenshot, I see that the Text/HTML description is not loading properly, so there must be JavaScript errors on the page. That could also be causing your module options to not be retrieved. You should check your web browser's developer panel to see what JavaScript error was encountered.

Also I just Notice that the Module Page is broken - http://prntscr.com/nr1yi1

Is there something Issue with the Blesta Installation?

Did you change anything recently? Upgrade Blesta, upgrade the NOC PS module, move your installation, etc?

To view the module log for NOC PS, click anywhere in the row for the log on that page (not the "NOC Provisioning System (NOC-PS)" link)

Hi. Yes, we update the Blesta to 4.5.2 with PHP 7 Hotfix. But it was working fine till few days back when we check lastly.  After one of our clients asked about the issue we saw this error.

Here is the Module Log which seems fine.

The Noc-ps server working fine separately. Do you think some firewall on the Blesta Server causing outbound connection?

It's possible, you should check that. The NOC PS module is a 3rd party module, and not supported by us, so I don't know if it has unique requirements. If it continued to work fine after upgrading to 4.5.2 then it may be compatible with 4.5.2.

Check also the file logs, ../logs_blesta/ defined under Settings > System > General. The logs may have more information if there is an error involved.

Also check your firewall and logs in NOC PS.

How long ago did you upgrade to 4.5.2? What version did you upgrade from?

Just Did as you said. But Still same Issue.

I upgrade from 4.3 or 4.4 I guess. Not remember Exactly. But not from 3.

I'm not sure if you took a look at JavaScript errors in your web browser as I mentioned above, but it sounds like there is a JavaScript error one some pages that is causing the page to break and actions not to work correctly.

Sorry I missed that. I do check now and here what I saw.

On the Package page I saw some Error - http://prntscr.com/nrc7is

On the Module Page no error - http://prntscr.com/nrc8ob
