So if you are currently using v4.5.0, then yes, you can update to v4.5.2. You will need the support and updates in order to upgrade to v4.6.0+. The version of Blesta you are running is shown in the footer of the admin area. The only place you may see the a new release is in the Feed Reader widget on your Dashboard if you have that enabled, as part of our blog announcement.
