After upgrade auto invoice generation stopped

Hello everyone,

I've been running Blesta for a while now and I've been upgrading successfully. This is the first time where I have the following issue.

Working version: 4.4.2 (on this version, I don't get the error below but invoices are not automatically generated)

After I upgraded to 4.5.0, the invoices are not automatically generated. Also, I'm getting the error below when I click on 'Browse Packages' and 'Package Groups'.

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'myhdpixe_blesta.package_names' doesn't exist

PHP version: 7.3.8

nginx/1.17.2

CURL: 7.29.0

ionCube: v10.3.7

Maria SQL: mysql  Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.0.38-MariaDB - (from phpinfo: mysqlnd 5.0.12-dev/pdo_mysql)

 

I'm suspecting that blesta code might not be compatible with php 7.3.8 or nginx 1.17.2?

Should I go back to previous version of PHP or nginx?

Did you run /admin/upgrade?

Yes, I’ve been doing that every time I upgrade the files.

UPDATE:

I restored (files dated 7/25/2019) Blesta to 4.4.2 version (but not the db). Should I also restore the db to 4.4.2?  

 

Note: Blesta was able to auto generate invoices on 8/1/2019 after I upgraded to 4.6. Sometimes after 8/1, I upgraded php, ioncube, and ngnix to the latest. And it’s probably the reason on 9/1/2019 invoices and services were not automatically renewed.

Also, I downgraded to php 7.1x, appropriate ioncube file version for php 7.1, and hot fix file for blesta. Now, all the links in the admin work without an issue.

Unfortunately, auto invoice and service renewals is not happening. I have run the cron job manually, and the run was successful.

What else should I try? I am thinking of moving the installation to an Apache web server.

I have everything working under 4.4.2; invoices and services auto generated.

php 7.1.32
ioncube 10.3.8
nginx 1.17.2

When I try to upgrade to 4.6, now I get this error.

SQLSTATE[42S21]: Column already exists: 1060 Duplicate column name 'value'

yeah you need to restore the DB the DB has the changes in every version.
