@Adam   @Paul

Just adding a  " + "  and a  " - "  sign would be great for identifying the accordian as being clickable for expanding / contracting

This would be great for BOTH Desktop and Mobile versions of the interface.

Hopefully it will make its way into a future update.

I'm not sure a hover based tool-tip is the best way to go, certainly not one that follows your mouse around. Maybe if it showed up at the very end of the table next to the row you are hovering.. or maybe an icon to indicate that it's expandable.

Maybe something like this for expand: https://fontawesome.com/icons/expand?style=solid
And shrink when it's open: https://fontawesome.com/icons/compress?style=solid

Anyone know of any use cases in other applications that have an expanding section similar to this? How do they handle it.

in our projects we use a button with label 'info', when client click it the table expand more info, that way the client has more visibility to what he has as options .

Will you please consider the following font-awesome icons as a possibility ?

NOTE : I mention these as possible alternative icons because these are the ones that are consistently used,
and are more easily recognized  / familiar within WordPress themes .
